SANFORD, FLA. — NAI Realvest has secured the $1.1 million sale of a second-floor office condominium at 5739 Byron Anthony Place in Sanford, about 25 miles north of Orlando. The condominium is located in Savannah Park at Heathrow near International Parkway and State Road 46. Paul Partyka of NAI Realvest represented the seller, Home Office Holdings LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was 5739 BAP LLC d/b/a Xcel Media. Xcel Media will operate its headquarters in the Savannah Park at Heathrow property.

The purchase increases Transpacific’s footprint in the Indianapolis metro area to 4.6 million square feet. SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the lease of 250,000 square feet in the northwest Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Ill., for 3D Exhibits Inc. The tenant specializes in exhibit design, building and management; special events planning; and trade show and event marketing, and will use the facility as its new headquarters. Christopher Lydon and Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented 3D Exhibits in the transaction, while Rick Daly and Adam Haefner of Darwin Realty represented the landlord, an institutional pension fund advisor.
OKEMOS, MICH. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has brokered the sale of Meridian Towne Centre, an 86,891-square-foot shopping center in Okemos, Mich., for $11 million. Located at the intersection of Marsh Road and West Grand River Avenue approximately seven miles east of Lansing, the development includes tenants Marshalls, Five Below, Ulta, David’s Bridal, FedEx, Sally Beauty Supply and Stride Rite and is shadow-anchored by Target and Kroger. Joe Girardi, Ben Wineman and Daniel Stern of Mid-America represented the seller, Viking Partners. The buyer was a private real estate investment firm.
NEW YORK CITY — GFI Realty Services Inc. has secured the sale of a four-story mixed-use building in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn for $3.5 million. The property consists of 14 apartment units and two ground-floor commercial units totaling 10,596 square feet. Roni Abudi of GFI Realty Services represented the seller, a local investor, in the transaction. Shlomo Antebi, also with GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer, a local investor. The property was built in 1921 and is located in close proximity to Prospect Park.
YONKERS, N.Y. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $750,000 sale of an eight-unit apartment property located at 27 Pelton St. in Yonkers. Harry Delany of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office represented the seller, a large banking institution, in the transaction. Delany also secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.

The leased property is located at 1734 E El Paso Street in Fort Worth. DILLEY, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Sandia Apartments, a 25-unit property in Dilley, approximately 70 miles southwest of San Antonio. The complex, built in 1995, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans plus a clothes care facility and swimming pool. Moses Siller of Marcus & Millichap’s San Antonio office represented the seller, a private investor, and also secured the buyer, a private investor.
HOUSTON — NAI Houston and Boyd Commercial have arranged the lease of a 67,500-square-foot crane-served heavy manufacturing building in Houston’s Northeast Inner Loop industrial submarket to Global Tech & Motor Controls Inc. The electric motor and generator manufacturer primarily serves clients in the marine, offshore and land drilling industries. Clay Pritchett of NAI Houston and Clay Peeples of Boyd represented the landlord, 525 McCarty LLC, in the agreement, which was a direct deal with the tenant.
