BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Greater Binghamton Health Center Community, a 22,985-square-foot, net-leased property in Binghamton, for $3.7 million. Preet Sabharwal and Steven Stoehrer of Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented the seller, a developer, and the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — H&R Block has signed a lease renewal at 4188 White Plains Road in the Bronx, a New York City neighborhood. H&R Block renewed its lease in a 12,500-square-foot shopping center located between East 232nd and 233rd streets. The shopping center features 13 neighboring tenants including T-Mobile, McDonald’s and Dunkin’ Donuts. A 32-space parking lot is located in the rear of the property. Jerry Houlihan of the Metro Property Group and Houlihan Parnes Realtors LLC represented the landlord in the transaction.

COPPELL, TEXAS — Duke Realty Corp. has signed lease agreements totaling 224,105 square feet with two companies in its Freeport North development in Coppell. Freeport North is a 13-building industrial campus. CID Resources Inc., a medical apparel provider, has leased 114,105 square feet of space in Freeport VI, located at 601 S. Royal Lane. Norwex USA Inc., a Norwegian-based company specializing in reduced-chemical household and personal care products, leased 110,000 square feet in Freeport XIV, located at 800 W. Bethel Road. Duke Realty was self-represented in both transactions by Randy Wood. Ryan Boozer of Mercer Co. represented CID Resources, and Sharron Morrison and Brad Struck of Transwestern represented Norwex.

DALLAS — The Connor Group, a Centerville, Ohio-based real estate investment firm, has closed the sale of The Reserve at Galleria, a 301-unit apartment community in Dallas. The Connor Group owned and operated the community for seven years before selling to FPG Reserve at Galleria. The Connor Group now owns approximately $1.5 billion in assets and owns and operates eight properties in Texas — five in Dallas and three in Austin. The firm has sold seven properties since December.

DICKINSON, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 16,524-square-foot Bay Colony Center I, a shopping center located at 660 FM 517 W. The shopping center had a list price of $2.8 million. Justin Miller of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office represented the seller, a Houston-based developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor from California, purchased the shopping center in a 1031 exchange.

DALLAS — Dallas-based Harwood International has inked a lease for 15,068 square feet of office space with Accudyne Industries at 2728 N. Harwood in Uptown Dallas, which brings the office building to full occupancy. The property spans 10 stories and features the Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, a fitness center and 1.5-acre rooftop garden. The Windsor Locks, Conn.-based Accudyne Industries is moving its corporate headquarters to the new location. Harwood International was self-represented by Jihane Boury in the lease deal. Michael Swaldi, Larry McCorkle and Jeff Staubach of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, along with Kevin McGlinchey of Accudyne Industries.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Waller, a law firm servicing the healthcare industry based in Nashville, Tenn., has signed a 10,799-square-foot lease for office space on the top floor of 100 Congress in downtown Austin. The 22-story, Class A office tower is located on the corner of Second Street and Congress Avenue. The law firm is led by partners Elizabeth Rogers and Fletcher Brown, as well as Amanda Jester, who joined the practice today. Will Douglas and Jerry Frey of CBRE Austin represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Troy Holme and Katie Ekstrom of CBRE Austin represented the landlord, New York City-based Metropolitan Life Co. Waller is working with STG Design's Austin office to renovate the space.

DALLAS — The Regency Plaza, a 165,843-square-foot office building in Uptown Dallas, has earned LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The property is Gaedeke Group LLC's headquarters building and is located at 3710 Rawlins St. The team responsible for the LEED certification included Dan Yates and Blaine Morris of Gaedeke Group and Frisco-based Quest Sustainability Solutions.

MONTEREY PARK, CALIF. – Atlantic Times Square, a mixed-use property in Monterey Park, has received a $74-million refinance. The property is located on the southeast corner of North Atlantic Boulevard and West Hellmen Avenue. It contains 210 residential units atop 213,531 square feet of grade-level retail space. The retail component is currently 94 percent leased. Notable tenants include AMC Theatre and 24 Hour Fitness. The non-recourse loan was used to refinance a large portion of the property’s construction loan. The transaction was brokered by Mitch Paskover of Continental Funding Group.

OREM, UTAH – The 288-unit Pinnacle Canyon View Apartments in Orem has received $28.2 million in acquisition financing. The community is located at 1401 S. Sandhill Road just northwest of Provo. Financing was based on a 15-year term, with three years interest-only and a 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was arranged by Mark Grace of NorthMarq Capital through the firm’s affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC, a Fannie Mae DUS Lender.
