DALLAS — Cassin & Cassin LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm, has leased 3,060 square feet of office space at the Rolex building, a seven-story, 155,550-square-foot office building in Uptown Dallas. The building, built in 1984, is credited as the first office building in Uptown Dallas. The landlord, Harwood International, was self-represented by Jihane Boury. Phil Puckett of CBRE represented the tenant, along with Joseph Cassin and Ron Uretta of Cassin & Cassin. With the new lease, the Rolex building is 86 percent occupied.

The space is located at 15500-15510 Blackburn Ave. The company will be relocating from nearby Pico Rivera. Ameripak was represented by CBRE’s Philip Christian, David Ellis, Josh Bonwell and Rick McGeagh. The landlord is Majestic Realty.
CHANDLER, ARIZ. — Gold Medal Gymnastics Academy has signed a seven-year lease for 24,492 square feet of office and warehouse space at Warner Commerce Park. The space is located at 455 E. Warner Road in Chandler. The new lease will bring the center to full occupancy once the academy opens in August. Gold Medal Gymnastics was represented by Andy Kroot and Christina Biagiolo of Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix. The landlord, Dalfen America Corp., was represented by Evan Koplan and Mike Parker of CBRE’s Phoenix office.
SAN FRANCISCO — CIM Group has acquired the office building that resides at 330 Townsend in San Francisco’s South of Market (SOMA) district. The purchase price was not disclosed. The building is situated near the CalTrain San Francisco Station and the new Central Corridor transit line, which is currently under construction. It is currently 98 percent leased to a variety of creative and professional services firms.
LAKEWOOD, WASH. — Lakewood Colonial Center, a 114,691-square-foot retail center, has sold to Westwood Financial Corp. for an undisclosed sum. The center is located at 9400 Gravelly Lake Drive and 9310 Bridgeport Way in Lakewood, which is southwest of Tacoma. It contains two parcels, a 75,000-square-foot North Block and a 40,000-square-foot East Block. Westwood purchased the REO center from a local bank.
VAN NUYS, CALIF. – The 25-unit Vose Manor in Van Nuys has sold to Vose Regency Apartment, LLC for $4.1 million. The community is located at 15329 Vose Street. Ziv Kozaski and Michael Dixon of NAI Capital’s Encino office represented both the buyer and the seller, Vose, LLC and C.F. Saticoy, in this transaction.
LITTLE ROCK, ARK. — Berkadia Commercial Mortgage has arranged $59.8 million for the refinancing of a portfolio of 12 skilled nursing facilities throughout Arkansas. Jay Healy worked with the borrower, Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., to secure the loan through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's HUD 232/223(a)(7) program. Omega acquired the assets in December 2011 and assumed HUD debt through a transfer of physical assets. The portfolio, totaling 1,400 beds, includes two facilities outside of Little Rock: Premier Health and Rehabilitation in North Little Rock and Canyon Springs Health & Rehabilitation in Hot Springs.
HOOVER, ALA. — RRE Autumn Wood Holdings has acquired Autumn Wood Apartments, a 206-unit apartment community in Hoover, for $8.5 million. Built in 1986, the 180,400-square-foot property includes one- and two-bedroom units. David Oakley of Hendricks-Berkadia represented the buyer in the transaction. CARY, N.C. — Carolina Center for ABA and Autism Treatment has signed an 11,583-square-foot lease to fully occupy a building located at 111 MacKenan Drive in Cary's MacGregor Office Park. The company will double the size of its previous space. The Carolina Center for ABA and Autism Treatment offers locations in Cary, Charlotte and Fayettville, N.C., and provides in-home and clinic-based services for children with autism. The organization's Cary location includes a mock classroom clinic for customers interested in the design and structure found in a school-based classroom. BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Hendricks Commercial Properties LLC has purchased the Gateway Business Center in Brookfield for $6.1 million. The 72,510-square-foot technology and flex center is located at 3235-3275 Intertech Drive, about 12 miles west of Milwaukee. The seller was Westminster Gateway LLC. Tom Shepherd of Colliers International | Wisconsin represented the seller.
