ALPHARETTA, GA. — Cynergy Data, a payment services provider, has signed a 13,309-square-foot lease at 4800 N. Point Parkway in Alpharetta. The new deal brings the 75,000-square-foot property to 95 percent occupancy. Cynergy is relocating and expanding from another North Fulton location. Glenn Aspinwall of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the owner, Glenfield Capital, in the transaction.

MISHAWAKA, IND. — Birmingham, Ala.-based Sanders Trust has purchased a 46,000-square-foot rehabilitation hospital in Mishawaka, an eastern suburb of South Bend, for $17 million. The 40-bed Saint Joseph Rehabilitation Institute provides services to patients of the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend Orthopedics and other providers, Trinity Health, one of the largest health care systems in the country, runs the medical center.

JOLIET, ILL. — Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC has arranged a 150,560-square-foot industrial lease for Touchpoint Logistics at 4001 Rock Creek Road in Joliet, about 40 miles southwest of Chicago. Touchpoint Logistics is a third-party warehouse company that provides distribution, warehousing and order fulfillment outsourcing for companies. NAI Hiffman represented building ownership, TA Associates Realty, in the transaction.

CHICAGO — Global research firm Mintel has moved into its 30,000-square-foot North American headquarters on the 11th floor of 333 W. Wacker in Chicago. The office serves as a flexible workplace for employees and clients of the market research and intelligence firm. Griskelis Young Harrell designed the space and Leopardo Cos. constructed it. The office space includes open bench desks with 215 workstations, eight conference rooms and no private offices.

HOWELL, MICH. — Key Plastics LLC has signed a lease for 76,763 square feet of industrial space at 1450 McPherson Parkway in Howell, located about 35 miles east of Lansing. Key Plastics, a supplier of a broad range of plastic components and functional assemblies to manufacturers of light vehicles and their Tier 1 suppliers in North America, Europe and Asia, will consolidate three operations at the property. Jim Montgomery and Steve Gordon of Signature Associates represented the tenant in the transaction. Montgomery also represented the landlord, Brio Development LLC.

NEW YORK CITY — Hudson Realty Capital LLC has funded a $5.5 million construction loan secured by a former school building in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. The borrower is using the loan proceeds to fund renovations at the property. A former Catholic school and rectory, the property includes two buildings, which total 57,720 square feet. The properties will be converted into a 46-unit multifamily complex with underground parking. The former school building will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, a lounge and gym facility.

NEW YORK CITY — Central Medical Services of Westrock (CMSW) has signed a 10-year lease for 4,150 square feet of medical office space on the ninth floor of Forest HIlls Tower. The 350,000-square-foot building is located at 118-35 Queens Blvd. in Forest Hills, a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Queens. CMSW, a provider of healthcare services to people who are injured at work, will move into their new space in May. Nicholas Forelli of Muss Development represented the landlord in the transaction.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group and Granite Properties plan to construct Champion Office Park, a 220,600-square-foot office campus in northwest Austin. The speculative office property will be located on the northwest corner of RM 2222 and Loop 360. The campus will include two four-story office buildings. San Antonio-based Overland Partners designed Champion Office Park, which is slated to open in September 2014. Travis Dunaway and Jonathan Tate of Endeavor will handle the property's leasing.

TULSA AND OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. — Stan Johnson Co. has secured the sale of two Garden Ridge stores in Oklahoma totaling $19.6 million. The properties are located at 11015 E. 51st St. S. in Tulsa and 701 S. Macarthur Blvd. in Oklahoma City. Ken Hedrick, Andrew Ragsdale and Jerry Hopkins of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, New York-based W.P. Carey Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was Arizona-based STORE Capital. Both properties have been fully leased by Garden Ridge Corp. since 1996. The two stores feature 11.5 years remaining of primary lease term, with four five-year renewal options.
