NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of three apartment buildings, located at 602 44th St. and 4405-4409 6th Ave. in Brooklyn, for $3.8 million. The buildings include a total of 28 apartment units. Peter Von Der Ahe, Matthew Fotis and Jeb Hollingsworth of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor and the buyer, also a private investor, in the deal.

ALLSTON, MASS. — RODE Architects has completed the renovation and new construction of a multifamily property in Allston, Mass., a Boston neighborhood. The development, called Allston Proper, is a 12,300-square-foot project at the corner of Glenville Avenue and Greylock Road. It includes three floors of new residential units and an extensive renovation of the existing two-family structures on the site. The new building, contemporary in form and texture, includes eight residential units with on-site parking and exterior landscaped surfaces. Boxford-based Fishbrook Builders was the general contractor, and Boston-based Studio 2112 provided landscape architecture services. The James Hardie Co. manufactured the cement fiber siding panels used in the project.
WILMINGTON, DEL. — Law firm Fox Rothschild LLP has signed an 11-year lease for 20,184 square feet on the second and third floors at Citizens Bank Center, an 18-story office building, in Wilmington. The building, which is located at 919 N. Market St., is a Class A office property that spans 221,686 square feet. A tenant of the building for 15 years, Fox Rothschild had previously occupied approximately 17,000 square feet on two non-contiguous floors. With the new lease, the firm will have contiguous space on two floors with an interconnecting staircase, as well as a private lobby and elevator off the building’s main lobby on the first floor. Doug Simon of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Fox Rothschild in the deal. Keystone Property Group is the owner of the building.
DALLAS — Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. has achieved record store growth in 2012 and is expecting the number of 7-Eleven stores worldwide to pass the 50,000-store mark in March. The company added close to 5,000 stores to its portfolio in 2012 alone. The company's growth strategy in the U.S. is to build market concentration in the major metropolitan areas. By the end of 2012, the company had more than 10,000 North American stores and 39,000 stores in 13 countries throughout Europe and Asia.
PLANO, TEXAS — KDC, a commercial real estate development and investment firm, has sold its remaining interest in The Campus at Legacy to its equity partners Spear Street Capital. The Campus at Legacy, a 107-acre, multi-tenant corporate campus in Plano, is currently 98 percent leased to tenants such as Denbury Resources, PepsiCo, St. Jude Medical, Bear Transportation, Futurewei Technologies, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Inc., Lifecare, North American Coal Corp., World Ventures and Rent-A-Center.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Stream Realty Partners has negotiated a 50,000-square-foot lease renewal of industrial space, located at 2510 W. Main St. in Grand Prairie. Cannon Green and Matt Dornak of Stream Realty represented the landlord in the transaction. Patrick Johnson, also of Stream Realty, represented the tenant, Complete Line Glass.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Bigcommerce, an e-commerce platform for small- and medium-sized businesses founded in Sydney, Australia, has signed a 33,000-square-foot office lease at 11305 Four Points Drive at FM 2222 and RM 620 in Austin. The company plans to move its 120 employees into the office space in April. Bigcommerce is working with lauckgroup, an architecture firm, and general contractor Balfour Beatty to renovate the office building, which is LEED Gold certified. The new office will feature indoor swings, an espresso bar, casual meeting spaces, a games room, built-in kegerators and two functional interior garage doors to expand meeting/office space. The Austin office is the company's North American headquarters.
DALLAS — Colliers International has won the exclusive marketing representation rights for the 300-acre Ridge Logistics Center, a 4.9 million-square-foot industrial park located in South Dallas. The owner, Chicago-based Ridge Property Trust, selected Colliers to market the distribution facilities and adjoining land parcels. The industrial park is located at Dallas Avenue and Telephone Road. Chris Teesdale, Tom Pearson and Ward Richmond of Colliers International's Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors in Dallas will lead all marketing efforts for the center.
SAN DIEGO — The Plaza at the Border, a 98,000-square-foot retail center that’s situated along the U.S./Mexico border in the San Diego submarket of San Ysidro, has received a $23.5-million bridge loan. It is located at 3951-3975 Camino De La Plaza. The interest-only financing will replace a construction loan and cover the tenant improvement and leasing costs. The non-recourse, five-year, floating-rate loan was secured by HFF’s Aldon Cole, Tim Wright and Husayn Hasan on behalf of The Shamrock Group, LLC. Prime Finance served as the lender.
SAN DIEGO – A 5,000-square-foot retail building in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood has sold to H.G. Fenton Company for $3.3 million. The building is located at 1665 India Street. It is currently leased to Princess Pub & Grille. The seller, the Zolezzi Family Trust, was represented by Brian Jinings of Cassidy Turley San Diego.
