Gabriel Britti of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the buyer, a limited liability company from Miami.

DLS Detroit is a logistics company with services that include cross-border trucking, warehousing and distribution. Joe Hamway, Mark Hamway and Paul Hoge of Signature Associates represented the landlord, Ashley Capital, in the transaction. Joe Banyai, also of Signature, represented the tenant.
ELK RIVER, MINN. — Oak Grove Capital has arranged a $7.7 million loan for Evans Meadows, a 112-unit apartment community in Elk River. Ken Dayton of Oak Grove Capital's St. Paul, Minn. office arranged the 10-year loan through the HUD 223(f) program. The borrower is Bigos Management.
LISLE, ILL. — American Building Maintenance Co. has signed a lease for 8,196 square feet of office space at 550-650 Warrenville Road in Lisle. The building is located within the Corporetum Office Campus and includes on-site food service, a conferencing facility, fitness center and private corner balconies. Patrick Kiefer and Jim Adler of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, Winthrop Realty Trust, in the transaction. MENOMONEE FALLS, WIS. — Mobile Air Inc., a specialty HVAC company, has signed a lease for 9,600 square feet of warehouse space at 14624 Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls. Bill Langhoff of Colliers International represented the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust, in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — Vornado Realty Trust has closed on its previously announced acquisition of a retail condominium at 666 Fifth Ave. in New York CIty for $707 million. The condo is leased to Uniqulo, Hollister and Swatch. Vornado also owns one-half of the office building above. The company's retail portfolio now includes 2.3 million square feet.
WESTPORT, CONN. — An investment consortium from New York and Darien, Conn. has purchased a two-building retail property in Westport for $18.2 million. The buildings total 50,000 square feet and are situated on 3.4 acres. Anthropologie and Balducci's are the main tenants of the property. Bruce Wettenstein and David Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate represented both parties in the transaction.
NEWINGTON, CONN. — Kleban Properties, a family-owned real estate developer, has secured a $2.3 million loan for the purchase of a 10,478-square-foot retail plaza in Newington. The plaza, located at 3260 Berlin Turnpike, includes two restaurants. Washington Trust provided the financing.
RICHARDSON — Stream Realty Partners, in a partnership with Goddard Investment Group, has acquired Waterview Place I & II, a 230,000-square-foot office campus located at 17655-17657 Waterview Parkway in Richardson. The vacant property was acquired at a foreclosure sale at the Collin County Courthouse. The property once served as the corporate headquarters for Alliance Data Systems. Ramsey March and Matt Wieser of Stream Realty Partners will handle operations and leasing on behalf of the partnership. The office campus has been renamed Waterview 190.
MESQUITE — Denver-based Baceline Investments, a boutique private real estate investment company, has purchased the 49,125-square-foot MJ Crossing, a neighborhood shopping center located at 1418 N. Town East Blvd. in Mesquite, for $3.8 million. The shopping center is the eighth property in Baceline's No Debt Fund III portfolio. The center is fully leased to tenants such as K&G Men's Store and a Sears Outlet store.
