FORT WAYNE, IND. — Hall Aluminum Products has signed a lease for 47,668 square feet of industrial space at 2701 S. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne. The company designs, installs and repairs commercial architectural glass. Mike Dahm of NAI Harding Dahm represented the landlord, Wayne Coliseum Limited, in the transaction. He also represented the tenant.

ABINGTON, MASS. — Greystar has acquired the 180-unit Abington Woods Apartment Complex in Abington for $37 million. The seller was The Heritage Cos. The 16-building complex, located at 212 Bedford St., was originally developed as condominiums in 2006. The property features an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and community room. Deneberg Realty Advisors represented both parties in the transaction.
EAST ORANGE, N.J. — SDK Realty Corp. has purchased a 20-story high-rise apartment tower in East Orange for $39.2 million. The sellers, a joint venture between Gaia Real Estate Co. and Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services, acquired the building for $30 million two years ago. The 273-unit building, currently known as Gaia Park View, features a pool, fitness center, valet parking and doorman service. The property is about 15 miles from Midtown Manhattan, with an NJT station about one mile away. Jose Cruze of HFF represented the buyer in the transaction.
NEWARK — Marriott International has opened a 150-room Courtyard property near Newark's Prudential Center, the first new hotel in the city's downtown in four decades. Along with its location near the Prudential Center, which hosts about 200 sporting, concert and other events annually, the property is also a few blocks from Newark Penn Station. Tucker Development Corp., the owner and project developer, has also recently secured a lease with Joe's Crab Shack to anchor part of the ground-floor retail space. The restaurant will occupy 5,138 square feet of the 14,000 square feet of retail.
NEW YORK CITY — Hudson Realty Capital has arranged an $11 million first mortgage loan for a four-building, mixed-use portfolio in Manhattan. The borrower is using the financing to acquire the property and establish interest reserves. The property, located between 5th Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, consists of 48,350 square feet. The buildings also feature 85,920 square feet of buildable space to allow for future development.
WEST HARTFORD, CONN. — A Berkshire Bank property, located at 927 Farmington Ave. in West Hartford, has traded for $2.9 million. The bank signed a new, 20-year lease at the 2,680-square-foot building in May. Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction. Robert Hovarth and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.
THE WOODLANDS — HFF has closed the sale of the 145,580-square-foot 2001 Timberloch, an office building located in the mixed-use development Town Center in The Woodlands. The property is fully leased to Repsol USA and Entergy Services. Dan Miller and Trent Agnew of HFF represented the seller, CalSTRS, which was advised by CBRE Global Investors, in the transaction. The buyer was Principal Real Estate Investors.
HOUSTON — Gaia Real Estate has purchased two apartment communities in the Houston area totaling 708 units. The two properties are the 408-unit Steeples Apartments and the 300-unit Township Apartments. Steeples Apartments features a 24-hour fitness center, two pools, walk-in closets, laundry facilities and covered parking. Township Apartments features a fitness center, two pools, sports courts, a playground and an outdoor barbecue station. Gaia recently opened an office in Dallas to oversee its Texas portfolio, which now includes 23 properties.
IRVING — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 195-unit Woodside Villas, an apartment community located at 3429 W. Rochelle Road in Irving. Bard Hoover and Nick Fluellen of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented the buyer and seller, both limited liability companies, in the transaction.
DALLAS — Colliers International has closed the sale of a 337-acre industrial site in south Dallas' Inland Port area. The purchase includes the site as well as two rail easements. Tom Pearson, Chris Teesdale and Ward Richmond of Colliers represented the seller, Sherman-based American Bank of Texas, in the transaction.
