ProGen develops and manufactures membranes used during processes such as filtration, gas separation and chemical absorption. The company plans to move in January from its nearby site at 6 Gill St. in Woburn. The landlord is Cummings Properties.

OLD LYME, CONN. — Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London has purchased 6.2 acres at 1 Huntley Road in Old Lyme. Plans for the site include the construction of a new medical office building that will include diagnostic imaging and lab services. Stephanie Pious of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction. Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group represented the seller, Huntley & Halls.

NEW YORK CITY — ABS Partners Real Estate has arranged the $3.2 million sale of a 15,000-square-foot office building on Hillside Avenue in Queens. Steven Solomon and Jason Kling of ABS Partners represented both parties in the transaction. Built in 1973, the three-story office building includes 25 parking spaces. The main tenant, Allen Health Care, will be vacating the building in November and the new ownership plans to renovate the building and offices.

DALLAS — Dallas-based UCR Investment Sales has closed on the $33.6 million sale of four shopping centers located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area totaling 223,749 square feet. The properties include the 59,986-square-foot South Towne Crossing in Burleson, the 29,897-square-foot Lake Forest Crossing in McKinney, the 42,700-square-foot McDermott Towne Crossing in Allen and the 91,116-square-foot Beach Western Commons in Fort Worth. UCR represented the Retail Properties of America, the seller, in the South Towne, Lake Forest and McDermott Towne transactions. UCR also represented CNA Enterprises, the seller, in the Beach Western Commons transaction.

FORT WORTH — Gladstone Commercial Corp. has purchased the National Archives and Records Administration's 208,234-square-foot Southwest Region Records Center in Fort Worth for $20 million. The mission-critical property includes office and research space, as well as archival storage space. The long-term lease is fully guaranteed by the U.S. Government.

SAN ANTONIO — HFF has secured acquisition financing for Network Crossing, a five-building, 143,831-square-foot office property located at 5252 Prue Road in San Antonio. The property is 89 percent leased. Mona Carlton and Robert Wooten of HFF arranged the 10-year loan through Northwestern Mutual on behalf of the borrower, Live Oak-Gottesman Co.

HOUSTON — Complete Drilling Solutions has leased 97,000 square feet of industrial space at 5434 FM 1488 Magnolia in Houston. GLENDALE, ARIZ. – Cactus Crossings, a 91,563-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Glendale, has sold to WVP Cactus, LLC for $7.8 million. It is located at the northeast corner of 67th Avenue and Cactus Road. The center is 92 percent occupied. Notable tenants include Anytime Fitness, Edward Jones, Ultra Cleaners and Century 21 Realty. It is anchored by Big Lots. The seller, EC Cactus Crossings, LLC, was represented by Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett of Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Retail Capital Markets Group.

TUCSON, ARIZ. – The former Pella Corporation building in Tucson has sold to BH Pella Drive, LLC for $5.2 million. The buyer is an affiliate of BH Properties. The 260,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility, also known as the Aero Business Park, is located at 6700 South Pella Drive. BH Properties was represented by Steve Cohen and Russell Hall of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services. The seller, Pella Corporation, was represented by Chuck Pawlak of Binswanger.
