UNION, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.4 million sale of two adjacent office buildings in Union. The buildings, located at 2810-2816 Morris Ave., are 97 percent occupied. Nat Gambuzza and Matt Radwan of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local investor. They also secured the buyer, also a local investor.
NORWOOD, MASS. — Gallery Automotive Group has signed a 12,000-square-foot retail lease at 147 Morgan Dr. in Norwood. Gallery Automotive is a new and pre-owned car dealership featuring BMW, Honda, Mazda and Volkswagon brands. The company will house its auto parts division at the new space. CONROE — Levey Group will begin constructing a 14,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility in Conroe. The design/build project will house Oklahoma City, Okla.-based Kimray's Distributor division. Construction is slated to begin in January 2013.
GRAND PRAIRIE — Colliers International has arranged Delta Group Electronics' $1.5 million lease of 50,000 square feet of industrial space, located at 2920 N. Highway 360, Suite 100 in Grand Prairie. SUNNYVALE — Texas Regional Medical Center at Sunnyvale has doubled the bed count of the emergency department in a $100,000 expansion. The emergency department's patient visit count has nearly doubled since 2010, when it recorded 18,000. Now the company expects to have nearly 30,000 patient visits in 2012.
COPPELL — CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of five acres in Coppell for a hotel development. The site is within one mile of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Sava Holdings, the developer, has designed the property to consist of two limited-service hotels adjoined by a conference center. Bruce Endendyk, John Endendyk and Collin Prater of CASE represented the seller, BB&T Bank, in the transaction. Zenosh LLC is the buyer.

The 139,033-square-foot property is located at 15305 Little Morongo Road. Both the buyer and the unnamed seller were represented by Stephen Grossman of NAI Capital’s Orange County office in cooperation with C-III Realty Services, LLC.
