FORT WORTH — McCarthy Building Cos. has finished the $47 million Fort Worth Westside Water Treatment Plant, which includes an operations building, filter complex, wash water recovery basins, recycle pump station, 2.5 million-gallon ground storage tank, high-service pump station, ozone chemical building and an electrical building. The plant has an initial treatment capacity of 12 million gallons water per day and is expandable to meet the future needs of the area.

AUSTIN — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has arranged the sale of The Remington, a 344-unit, resort-style multifamily community in Austin. The community features controlled access gates, a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, Internet cafe, coffee bar, swimming pool with cabanas and attached garages. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Scott Lamontagne of IPA represented the seller, Koontz McCombs, in the transaction. The buyer is a private investor based in the Pacific Northwest.
SAN ANTONIO — Greenwood Hospitality Group has acquired the 322-unit Sheraton Gunter Hotel, located in downtown San Antonio adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk. The property features 23,000 square feet of meeting/conference room space, Barron's Restaurant and the Gunter Bakery.
HOUSTON — Stream Realty Partners has secured Multiphase Solutions Kenny's lease expansion at Park Ten Plaza, a 155,789-square foot office building at 15115 Park Row in Houston's Energy Corridor. The tenant has expanded its lease by 15,985 square feet to now occupy 43,291 square feet. Brad Fricks of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, 10 Park Row Office Corp., in the lease transaction.
PLANO — Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co., a kitchen equipment supplier based in Mobile, Ala., has leased 23,979 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1701 E. Plano Parkway in Plano. Michael Grant and Susan Singer of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Illinois-based International Airport Centers, in the transaction. Greg Blandford of Position Property Group represented the tenant.
SANTA CLARITA, CALIF. — The Center at Shangri-La, a 53,692-square-foot retail shopping center in Santa Clarita, has sold to an unnamed buyer for $10 million. It is located at 18635 Soledad Canyon Road. The center is 97 percent leased to 15 tenants on triple-net leases with fixed increases. Notable tenants include the Santa Clarita Public Library, Telesis Communication, Everest Charbroiled Burgers, IHOP, the Medicine Shoppe, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Domino’s Pizza and the Elite Fitness Compound. The library, which co-anchors the center, was not part of the sale. The seller, Shangri-La LLC, was represented by Gregory Mills of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office.
ROSEVILLE, CALIF. — Sutter Health has signed a 10-year lease for 295,000 square feet of office space in Roseville where the healthcare operator plans to open an administrative service center. Additional services, such as finance, billing, human resources and other non-patient care functions, will also operate out of the new service center, which is located at 9100 Foothills Blvd. Sutter Health’s system offices will remain in Sacramento. The company was represented by Ron Thomas, Kevin Partington, Bruce Hohenhaus and Chris Schwarze of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Quality Investment Properties, was represented by Dennis Shorrock and Bruce Wirt of Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
NEWARK, CALIF. — CapRock Partners has purchased a 237,933-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing property in Newark for an undisclosed sum. CapRock came into possession of the asset after purchasing its non-performing note. The previous owner recently vacated the property, which is located at 39889 Eureka Drive. It contains 190,827 square feet of warehouse space, 41,600 square feet of offices, and 5,506 square feet of testing and repair space. CapRock plans to lease or sell the building to a single entity. CBRE’s Chip Sutherland and Greg DeLong are handling the building’s marketing efforts.
COMPTON, CALIF. – Prologis has acquired a 132,926-square-foot industrial property in Compton for $9.1 million. It is located at 175 East Manville Street. The firm plans to renovate the building. Peter D. Bacci and Jack Cline of Lee & Associates represented both Prologis and the seller, Felix Family Trust, in this transaction.
LAS VEGAS – A 138-unit apartment building located at 121 N. 15th Street in Las Vegas has sold to James E. Wolf for $3.5 million. The seller, Pacifica F Meadows, was represented by Patrick Sauter of NAI Sauter Companies.
