The space is part of Calumet Business Center, a 2 million-square-foot industrial complex made up of 12 buildings south of downtown Chicago. The site is served by rail and is within one-quarter mile of I-94. The Chicago Tribune, Del Monte, MeadWestvaco and Cargil anchor the development. Chris Gary of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, Ashley Capital, in the transaction. Adam Haefner of Darwin Realty represented the tenant.

URBANCREST, OHIO — UPS Supply Chain Solutions has signed a long-term lease for 248,145 square feet at Opus I at Big Run in Urbancrest, bringing the building to full occupancy. UPS Supply will occupy just over 50 percent of the space in the 491,000-square-foot facility, which is owned by an affiliate of The Opus Group. The balance of the building is occupied by McKesson. The industrial building is located at I-270 and Route 62. Mike Hurd, Rick Trott and Kevin McGrath of Cassidy Turley represented the building owners in the transaction.
MIDDLETOWN, OHIO — RZ Auto Parts has purchased a 7,600-square-foot industrial property situated on 3 acres at 2410 Oxford State Road in Middletown. The new location will support existing automobile-related operations at adjacent facilities and will repair and sell used auto parts. BETHEL, PA. — Dollar General has purchased 110 acres of indusrial land at Berks Park in Bethel. The land will be developed for a distribution center. NEW YORK CITY — GFI Realty Services has arranged the $9.4 million sale of 750 10th Ave., a mixed-use building in Manhattan built in the early 1900s. The sale translates to $600 per square foot. The five-story building contains 20 apartments and four stores totaling 15,506 square feet. Barak Jacobov and Shulem Paneth of GFI Realty Services represented the seller in the transaction. Ohad Babo, also of GIF Realty Services, represented the buyer, a local investor.
NEW YORK CITY — Verizon Wireless has renewed its lease at 100 Wall St. The retailer will continue to occupy 2,360 square feet on the basement and ground floors for a five-year term. The landlord, Savanna, was self-represented by Todd Korren. Robert Gibson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
LIVINGSTON, N.J. — Gebroe-Hammer Associates has arranged 12 multifamily trades totaling $19.5 million in the last three weeks. In Hudson County, Gebroe-Hammer arranged four transactions involving 117 units in Jersey City, N.J., Union City, N.J., and West New York. In Elizabeth, N.J. and East Orange, N.J., the firm represented clients in three sales netting $5.3 million for 76 apartment rental units and seven ground-floor units. In Patterson, Gebroe-Hammer closed three sales, two of which were short sales totaling 33 units for $725,000; a note sale in Irvington, N.J. involving 32 units for $500,000; and the trade of 28 units in Montclair, N.J.
ADDISION — Regions Bank has sold the 79,481-square-foot Westgrove Air Plaza, a two-story office building located on land leased to Addison Airport at 4570 Westgrove Road in Addison. The property is 50 percent occupied by 15 tenants. Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, North Texas-based Guardian Texas Management, in the all-cash transaction.
DALLAS — A California investment group led by Michael Day of Embarcadero Advisors has purchased the 45,000-square-foot Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods, located on the southeast corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas. Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller is Glenn Lake Partners LP.
