PLANO — HFF has arranged $11.76 million in financing for the 138,154-square-foot Legacy Drive Village, a shopping center located at 7000 Independence Parkway in Plano. Kroger Signature anchors the 92 percent-leased center, which includes other tenants such as Domino's Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Einstein Brother's Bagels, Palm Beach Tan and Subway. Travis Anderson of HFF arranged the 10-year loan through Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. on behalf of the borrower, a Cencor Realty Services joint venture.

HOUSTON — NorthMarq Capital has secured first mortgage refinancing for the 255-room Hotel Sorella, located in the CITYCENTRE development in Houston. John Burke and Chad Owens of NorthMarq Capital's Houston office arranged the 10-year loan through a CMBS lender on behalf of the borrower, CITYCENTRE HOTEL PARTNERS. The loan includes two restaurants located at the base of the hotel: Yard House and Straits Restaurant. The hotel is managed by Houston-based Valencia Group.
DALLAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 1,440-square-foot Starbucks, located at 3330 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas. Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office represented the seller, a personal trust, in the transaction and procured the buyer, a partnership.
PEORIA, ARIZ. — Montebella Villas Apartments in Peoria has sold to WE Villas at Montebella, LLLP for $2.95 million. The community is located at 10860 N. 85th Ave. The buyer was represented by Linda Gerchick of the Robinson Group. The single-tenant, triple-net leased retail property was built in 1987 at 1901 West Cactus Road. The transaction closed at a 7.35 percent cap rate. The buyer was represented by Jon Boland of Voit Real Estate Services in San Diego. The seller, D.E.E Holdings, was represented by Chris Maling and David Maling of Colliers International.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Akron, Ohio-based Summit Management Services has sold the 140-unit Eastwood Village, located at 32 Olde Eastwood Village Blvd. in Asheville, to Chicago-based Privet Investments for $13.75 million. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, outdoor kitchen, business center and a 24-hour fitness center. Hal Kern and Richard Montana of CBRE Group represented the seller in the transaction.
SHREVEPORT, LA. — Accosys, the parent company of TVH Parts Co., has acquired a 60,000-square-foot distribution facility, located at 7245 W. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop in Shreveport, for $3 million. TVH will occupy the space starting in late October. Raymond Alley of Walker Alley & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction. KRH Wieland-Loop was the seller.
