HOUSTON — HFF has brokered the sale of the 376-unit Tanglewood at Voss, a Class A, mid-rise multifamily property located at 7510 Burgoyne Road and 2301 S. Voss Road in Houston. Each building of the property includes a clubhouse, resort-style pool and fitness center. The apartment community is currently 96.5 percent leased. Craig LaFollette, Todd Marix, Todd Stewart, Tre Banks and Chris Curry of HFF represented the seller, Behringer Harvard, in the transaction and procured the buyer, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.

ROUND ROCK — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of The Links at Forest Creek, a 152-unit, 142,348-square-foot apartment complex located at 20404 Poppy Hills Trail in Round Rock. The property features a clubhouse, fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool. Joe James and Kent Myers of Marcus & Millichap's Austin office represented the local seller in the transaction and procured the California-based buyer. Peter Dunn of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.'s Houston office arranged financing.

HAYWARD, CALIF. – A 108,000-square-foot warehouse located at 31056 Genstar Road in Hayward has sold to Win Woo Trading for more than $7 million. Win Woo plans to expand into the facility, while maintaining its presence at its current 25,000-square-foot facility. The company was represented by Jesse Lucas and Ryan Martens of Lee & Associates Oakland. The seller, Welcome Markets, was represented by CTBT.

The center is located at 16680 Valley View Ave. Lynwood Fields of Madison Partners and Gary Weiss of L.A. Realty Partners represented both the buyer and the seller, OneWest Bank F.S.B., in this transaction.

Le Creuset leased 1,528 square feet, while Jonathan Adler leased 2,892 square feet. MCCARTHY TO BUILD $98M GEORGIA TECH BUILDING

ATLANTA — McCarthy Building Cos. has been selected to build the Georgia Institute of Technology’s new 200,000-square-foot Engineered Biosystems Building at a cost of $98 million. The building will be located on the northern end of Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta on a square block surrounded by 10th Street, Peachtree Place, State Street and Atlantic Drive. Targeted for a minimum LEED Gold certification, the building will feature shared laboratory facilities that foster the merging of engineering and interdisciplinary science neighborhoods. The project architect is Cooper Carry with Lake Flato. Completion is slated for late summer 2014.

The Class A complex is 95 percent leased and features a resort-style swimming pool with a cabana and grilling area, fitness center, clubhouse with a billiards room and business center. Jordan McCarley with Southeast Apartment Partners' Charlotte, N.C., office represented the seller in the transaction.

The building is anchored by BB&T and serves as the offices for the Mitchell Co., Wilkins Miller Hieronymus, Wells Fargo and Sen. Jeff Sessions. Josh Burmeister of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Mobile office represented Burton Property Group in the sale.
