SAN ANTONIO — Stream Realty Partners has arranged the sale of the 138,265-square-foot Centre Plaza, a nine-story office building located at 45 NE Loop 410 in San Antonio's North Central submarket. Keith Fisher, Pat Blasdell and Carolyn Shaw of Stream Realty represented the seller, TIC Properties Management, in the transaction. The buyer, Live Oak Gottesman, will manage the property and Stream Realty will handle the facility's leasing. The property is currently 62 percent leased.

HARLINGEN, WESLACO AND MCALLEN — Irving-based CEC Entertainment plans to open three 15,400-square-foot Chuck E. Cheese's locations in Harlingen, Weslaco and McAllen. The Harlingen location is slated to open in September in the Harlingen Corners shopping center. The Weslaco location is anticipated to break ground next in Valley Crossing Shopping Center. The McAllen location will be built at the northwest corner of 10th Street and Trenton Road. Dallas-based Ranger Retail Partners is serving as the exclusive tenant representative.
HERMISTON, ORE. – A 55-unit Best Western in Hermiston has received $3.17 million, which will be used to refinance the property. The hotel is located at 2255 South Highway 395. The long-term, fixed rate loan was provided by Premier Capital Associates.
RIVERSIDE, CALIF. — Citrus Tower, a Class A office building located at 3390 University Ave. in Riverside, has opened. It broke ground in 2010. The building is owned by Mark Rubin of Regional Properties and was built by McCormick Construction Company. Citrus Tower’s listing broker is Richard J. Erickson of Lee & Associates-Riverside. The building’s first tenant is Best Best & Krieger LLP, which occupies 35,000 square feet on the fourth and fifth floors.
TEMPE, ARIZ. — Appliance Depot has signed a five-year lease for 38,400 square feet of industrial space in Tempe. The facility is located at 2424 W. University Drive. Appliance Depot was represented by Chad Neppl and Jeff Hays of NAI Horizon. The landlord, Sigour Investment Trust, was represented by Matt McDougall & Stein Koss with Lee & Associates.
WOODRUFF, S.C. — The 92,360-square-foot Patton Square, a neighborhood shopping center located in Woodruff, has sold for $6.65 million. Bi-Lo and Ace Hardware anchor the center. Additional tenants include Little Caesars, Jackson Hewitt, Edward Jones and Advance America. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS Real Estate Partners' Atlanta office represented Patton Square LLC, the seller, in the transaction and procured the buyer.
CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD. — UIP Property Management has completed a $3.5 million renovation at the 231-unit Hillside Heights Apartments, located at 5237 Marlboro Pike in Capitol Heights. The year-long renovation included new patio and deck railings, patio slider doors, windows, floors, air conditioning unit pads and enclosures and laundry equipment. Kitchens feature new appliances, flooring and granite countertops. Additionally, new amenities include barbeque stations and improvements to the lighting, fencing, landscaping, swimming pool and playground.
TAMPA, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.14 million sale of the 48-unit Lincoln Place Apartments, a Class B, garden-style multifamily community located at 5702 N. Lincoln Ave. in Tampa. Casey Babb and Luis Baez of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a partnership, in the transaction. Michael Donaldson, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer, a private investor.
MIAMI — Sunshine Bouquet has signed a 95,000-square-foot lease at the 215,000-square-foot Miami International Distribution Center, located at 2003 NW 70th Ave. in Miami. Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg of Transwestern represented DCT Industrial, the landlord, in the transaction.
FAIRFAX, VA. — Red Mortgage Capital has arranged $41.2 million in Fannie Mae financing for the 250-unit Dwell Vienna Metro Apartments, located at 2975 Hunters Branch Rd. in Fairfax. Charles Meyer of Red Mortgage Capital secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower, Associated Estate Realty Corp.
