Ryan Kopp of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord is Lincoln New Berlin Property LLC.

PITTSBURGH — Total Hockey, a sports equipment retailer, will open two new locations in the Cranberry and Parkway West submarkets of Pittsburgh. The company signed a 10-year lease for an 8,025-square-foot retail space at Cranberry Square, next to Pier One Imports. Art DiDonato of Oxford Realty Co. represented the landlord in the transaction. The second location will be at the Plaza @ The Pointe in North Fayette, where Total Hockey will occupy 8,910 square feet. The landlord, Costa Land Co., was represented in-house by Sarah Piccione in the 10-year lease deal. Jared Imperatore of Cushman & Wakefield/Grant Street Associates Inc. represented the tenant in both transactions.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — TricorBraun Inc. has signed an 83,200-square-foot lease at 11 Interstate Blvd. in South Brunswick. TircorBraun, a bottle, jar and packaging manufacturer, plans to consolidate two separate warehouse operations within the space. Tom Semler, James Scancarella and Douglas Bock of Cresa represented the tenant in the transaction. Jason Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Allianz Life Insurance Co. of America.
BRAINTREE, MASS. — A 204-room Hyatt Place hotel will open its doors in Braintree on May 15. The Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree is located 12 miles outside of Boston at the intersection of Routes 95 and 128. The project will also include a 32,000-square-foot building for retail and restaurants, and another 6,000-square-foot retail building. The building is slated to roll out later this summer. The new hotel includes a fitness center and five meeting spaces. Carpenter & Co. developed the property, while Cambridge Seven Associates provided the architectural services. Interstate Hotels & Resorts Worldwide will manage the hotel.
NEW YORK CITY — Adjacent apartment buildings located at 4706-4712 4th Ave. have sold for $4.4 million in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. A local investor purchased the two buildings, which contain 16 units. Adam Hess of TerraCRG represented the buyer in the transaction.
OKLAHOMA CITY — ARA has arranged the $77 million sale of The Lincoln at Central Park Apartments, a 708-unit community located at 500 Central Park Dr. in Oklahoma City. The property was built in two phases in 2007 and 2010 by the seller, Oklahoma City-based Gardner Tanenbaum Group, and sits on approximately 50 acres. Brian O'Boyle, Bart Wickard and Brandon Lamb of ARA represented the seller in the transaction.
DALLAS — A 92,000-square-foot medical office building, located at 10740 N. Central Expy. in Dallas, has been purchased for $25.5 million. Toby Scrivner, Jeff Matulis and Karen Vinsko of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, Texas Institute for Eyes, in the transaction and procured the buyer, California-based IRA Realty Capital.
EL PASO — Walmart will open a new 150,000-square-foot store, located at 5631 Dyer St. in El Paso, on Friday. The Walmart will be open 24 hours daily. The new store will feature a Subway restaurant, First Convenience Bank branch, a pharmacy, a digital processing center and full grocery options. The store will add approximately 300 jobs.
MISSION — Austin-based Linsalata Realty Services has brokered the sale of the 81,730-square-foot Stor Master Self Storage, a 600-unit self-storage facility located at 2545 E. Griffin Pkwy. in Mission. SPD Investments purchased the property, which included 2.6 acres of undeveloped land. Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty Services represented the seller. Tracy Taylor of Addison-based Watson and Taylor Self Storage represented the buyer in the transaction.
GARLAND — LA Fitness has signed a long-term lease to open a 45,000-square-foot facility, located at 1201 W. Centerville Rd. in Garland. The former Mervyn's building at that site is being razed. John Zikos, Jonathan Cooper and Chris Booras of Venture Commercial, along with Walt Brown and Tim Dollander of Diversified Partners, represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
