PHILADELPHIA — Homewood Suites by Hilton has opened an 11-story hotel in Philadelphia's University City neighborhood. Campus Realty Properties-V owns the 136-suite hotel, which is managed by Hersha Hospitality. Amenities include fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators and high-speed Internet access. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, fitness center and nearby walking trails. Located at 4109 Walnut St., the hotel is near the University of Pennsylvania campus.

NEW YORK CITY — Women's retailer DKNY has renewed its 17,776-square-foot lease for the company's flagship store at 655 Madison Ave. in New York City. The retailer will remain at the location through 2024. Andrew Roos and Michael Cohen of Colliers International represented the building owner, Plaza Associates, in the transactions. Laura Pomerantz and John Brod of PBS Real Estate represented DKNY. 655 Madison, which also houses tenants such as Orianne Collins Jewelry and Jones New York, recently underwent a comprehensive renovation.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Steadfast Income REIT has purchased the 360-unit Montclair Parc, an apartment community located at 10900 S. Pennsylvania Ave. in Oklahoma City. The apartment complex is the second Oklahoma City acquisition for the REIT this year. The property is 98 percent occupied and features fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer connections, private terrace/patio, a heated spa, a 24-hour fitness facility, intrusion alarms, oval Roman tubs, wood-burning fireplaces and attached garages.

HOUSTON — UHY has moved its Houston office to 90,000 square feet of office space in the 43-story America Tower, a 952,080-square-foot skyscraper located at 2929 Allen Pkwy. in midtown Houston. UHY has leased space on the 17th through 20th floors. Anthony Squillante, Kyle Jacobs, John Pope, Jeremy Hunt and Chris Johnson of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Bill Stone of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the landlord, American General Life Insurance Co.

The portfolio include The Conservatory at Plano in Plano, The Conservatory at Keller Town Center in Keller, The Conservatory at Wells Branch in Austin, The Conservatory at Champion Forest in Spring and The Conservatory at Alden Bridge in The Woodlands.

SALT LAKE CITY — Express Messenger Systems has leased 106,893 square feet at Landmark at Salt Lake Park. The company will use this space, located in Building 6, to expand its operations. The firm originally occupied 36,000 square feet in Building 5. This will allow Express Messenger to more than triple its space, while simultaneously bringing Building 6 to full occupancy. Express Messenger was represented by CBRE’s Tom Dischmann. IDI, the building’s owner, was represented by Rad Dye, also of CBRE.

VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Modern Space Pacific Services has signed a lease for 47,652 square feet at the Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville. This lease makes Modern Space the single largest user in the multi-tenant portion of the logistics centre, which currently boasts a 94 percent occupancy rate. The Centre is owned by Stirling Capital.

SAN DIEGO – An 18,000-square-foot residential lot in the College Area of San Diego has sold to Warmington Residential California for $2.7 million. The lot is located at 6229 Montezuma Road. The site is fully approved for a 94-bed student housing complex. Warmington represented itself in the transaction, while the seller, Aztec Greystone Associates, was represented by David Santistevan and Gunder Creager of Colliers’ San Diego office.
