ATLANTA — Orlando-based CNL Lifestyle Properties has closed on its previously announced acquisition of four seniors housing properties in the Greater Atlanta area from Solomon Holdings III Dogwood Four for $79.8 million. The properties, which total 347 units, include Dogwood Forest in Alpharetta, Dogwood Forest of Eagles Landing in Stockbridge, Dogwood Forest in Fayetteville and Dogwood Forest in Gainesville. Trinity Lifestyles Management will continue to manage the communities.

MURFREESBORO, TENN. — Bell Partners has acquired the 320-unit Aldridge at Gateway Village, an apartment complex located at 3920 Puckett Creek Crossing in Murfreesboro, from Rhodie Development Group for $29 million. Amenities include a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, sand volleyball court, business center, internet cafe and coffee bar. The property has been renamed Bell Murfreesboro.
ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Denver-based KSL Capital Partners has purchased the 512-room Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, located between the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains in Asheville, from Sammons Enterprises. The property includes a spa, eight dining outlets, seven retail outlets, an 18-hole Donald Ross-designed golf course, a 50,000-square-foot sports complex and 55,000 square feet of meeting space with 42 meeting rooms. As part of the resort's 100th anniversary in 2013, KSL is planning a $25 million upgrade, which will include renovating public areas, guest rooms, dining outlets, meeting spaces and the spa.
POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Faison has sold 393,156 square feet of the 908,000-square-foot Pompano Citi Center, a regional shopping center located at the intersection of Federal Highway and Copans Road in Pompano Beach, to Sterling Value Add Partners LP. The acquisition includes anchor stores JC Penney, Ross Dress For Less, Big Lots and Office Depot, as well as several national tenants.
PLANTATION, FLA. — Beech Street Capital has secured a $16.3 million conventional loan to refinance the 296-unit Jacaranda Village at Plantation, located at 461 NW 87th Rd. in Plantation. Brian Sykes of Beech Street Capital's Boston office arranged the 7-year, Fannie Mae loan with 4 years interest only and a 30-year amortization schedule, thereafter payable on an actual/360 basis, on behalf of the borrower, Scully Co.
BLUE SPRINGS, MO. — Passco Cos. has completed its $4.3 million acquisition of Shoppes at Coronado Place I, a 14,534-square-foot strip center in Blue Springs, two miles from downtown Kansas City. The center was built in 2008 and was fully occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include Adams Dairy Bank, AT&T Wireless and Vintage Stock. Keoni Fursse of Kokua Realty represented the seller, Coronado Partners LLC, in the transaction. Passco was self-represented.
KOHLER, WIS. — Kohler Co. has completed its multi-phase renovation of The American Club Resort Hotel in Kohler. The American Club was built in 1918 to house immigrant workers of the Kohler Co. and was restored in 1981 as a luxury hotel, earning the Midwest's only AAA Five-Diamond Award in its first year. The latest renovation included upgraded guest rooms with new furniture, plumbing, flat screen TVs and iPod docking stations. Each room also pays homage to a famous American and includes information and photos of icons such as Ben Franklin and Harriet Tubman. Crews also renovated the resort's common areas such as the lobby and library.
COLUMBUS — Mt. Carmel Health System has inked a 12,060-square-foot office lease at Arlingate Plaza, located at 4171 Arlingate Lane in Columbus. Doug Falor of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, Time Equities, in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — Harlem 546-146 Associates LLC has sold a three-building portfolio at 546-52 W. 146th St. in West Harlem for $8.9 million. The three buildings are approximately 46,420 square feet and contain 70 apartment units. Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, Michael Tortorici and Jesse Deutch of Ariel Property Advisors represented the seller in the transaction. Calota Sosa and Mark Griffith of CitiHabitats represented the buyer, an international group.
LEWISBURY, PA. — Fishing Creek Properties LP has purchased a 216,000-square-foot light manufacturing and assembly complex in Lewisbury, near Harrisburg, Pa., for $6 million. The 27.8-acre site is located at 505-509 Fishing Creek Rd and is fully leased. Jeff Algatt of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Flight Systems Inc., in the transaction.
