WILDWOOD, FLA. — A CVS/pharmacy located at 901 S. Main St. in Wildwood, has sold for $2.27 million. Michael Zimmerman of Calkain Cos.' Tampa, Fla., office represented the seller, a Louisiana-based private party, in the transaction. The buyer was a private equity group based in the Northeast. CVS has less then 8 years remaining on its lease.

SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — KF Schaumburg LLC has sold The Streets of Woodfield, a 700,000-square-foot retail project in Schaumburg. Arrow Operating Acquisitions purchased the property, which is 98 percent leased and anchored by Whole Foods, Crate & Barrel, Dick's Sporting Goods and Carson Pirie Scott. The shopping center also includes a 20-screen AMC Theater and the U.S. flagship store for Legoland Discovery Center. The property is located at 601 N. Martingale Rd., adjacent to Woodfield Mall, a 2.2 million-square-foot super regional mall. Daniel Kaufman, Matthew Lawton, Jim Batjer and Barry Brown of HFF represented the seller in the deal. Trey Morshbach and Tim Joyce, also of HFF, arranged a $100 million, 4-year acquisition loan for the property through CIBC World Markets.

KENOSHA, WIS. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $1 million sale of a single-tenant McDonald's ground lease located at 3711 57th St. in Kenosha. McDonald's occupies 4,467 square feet in the retail building, which was developed in 2011. The company has a 20-year ground lease at this property with rental escalations throughout the lease term. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Chicago development firm in the deal. They also represented the buyer, a private investor based in the Midwest.

LA VISTA, NEB. — Harrison Heights, a112-unit senior apartment community has opened in LaVista, a suburb of Omaha. Harrison provides independent living with no income restrictions for those age 55 and above. Located at 7544 Gertrude St., the apartments include one- and two-bedroom apartments. The apartments include a community room with kitchen, a lounge with fireplace and community laundry. Wheatfield, N.Y.-based Calamar owns the $10 million property.

NEW YORK CITY — A development site at 1002 Bushwick Ave. in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood has sold for $1.3 million. The site includes an 8,810-square-foot building with an auditorium, common kitchen and a 5,000-square-foot parking lot. The building is currently used to host international volunteers for a local non-profit. The site offers approximately 26,740 buildable square feet. Michael Amirkhanian of Massey Knakal represented the buyer, a local developer, and the seller in the deal. The new owner plans to convert the building into apartments.

WHITEHALL, PA. — FL Smidth, an equipment and services provider for the cement and mineral industries, has signed a 15,575-square-foot lease at Riverside Business Center in Whitehall. The company will use the space to manufacture materials used in making turbine blades. John Crampsie of NAI Summit's Allentown, Pa. office represented the both the building owner and tenant in the deal.

BOSTON — Alan Gray Inc. has signed a 13,434-square-foot lease renewal at 88 Broad St. in Boston. Christian Gotfredson of NAI Hunneman represented the property owner, Bay State Realty in the deal. He also assisted the tenant. Located in Boston's Financial District, 88 Broad St. is a 63,829-square-foot office building. Alan Gray Inc. is an international insurance claims management and financial services firm.

HOUSTON — Jones Lang LaSalle has arranged the sale of two office buildings totaling 141,265 square feet, located at 16350 and 16360 Park Ten Place inside the Park 10 Regional Business Center in Houston's Energy Corridor submarket. Rudy Hubbard and Leah Gallagher of Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets team in Houston represented the seller, American Spectrum Realty, in the transaction. The buyer was Hicks Ventures, Ltd.

CORPUS CHRISTI — La Palmera, a 1.02 million-square-foot super-regional mall located at 5488 S. Padre Island Dr. in Corpus Christi, has added five new retailers to its tenant roster. The new tenants include the 3,453-square-foot White House Black Market, the 2,313-square-foot Soma Intimates, the 4,885-square-foot 2b bebe, the 1,105-square-foot Traffic Shoes and the 6,350-square-foot Papaya. The mall will undergo a major redesign and renovation scheduled to begin in late 2012 and wrap up in 2013. The mall will be known as The Shops at La Palmera.
