NEW YORK CITY — Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross has signed a 14,320-square-foot headquarters lease at 600 Third Ave. in New York City. The law firm is slated to occupy the space in June, relocating from 100 Park Ave. Ted Rotante and Robert Freedman of Colliers International represented the tenant in the deal. Andrew Wiener of L&L Holding Co. LLC represented the building owner.

NEW YORK CITY — Four Wood Capital Partners has signed a 4,343-square-foot lease at 100 Wall St. The privately held financial services firm will occupy a portion of the 11th floor for an 8-year term. Mitch Konsker, Scott Cahaly and Brian Reiver of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, in the deal. Josh Winslow of Winslow & Co. represented the tenant.
WOODWAY — A 14,280-square-foot retail property leased to Walgreens through 2030, located on a 1.8-acre parcel in Woodway, has been purchased for $4.75 million. New Hope, Pa.-based National Net Lease Realty represented the seller, a private investor from California, in the transaction. The buyer was also a private investor from California.
LEWISVILLE — The approximately 24,518-square-foot Market at Valley Parkway, a community retail center located at the northeast corner of Round Grove Road and Valley Parkway in Lewisville, has been purchased. The retail center features tenants including Great Clips, The UPS Store, State Farm Insurance, Subway, H&R Block, Kumon Learning Center, Southfork Dental, Edward Jones and Design Floors. The center is also shadow-anchored by a 62,000-square-foot Tom Thumb. The Weitzman Group/Cencor Realty Services represented the buyer, Lewisville Grove Parkway, in the transaction.
DALLAS — The Dallas Independent School District has chosen Satterfield & Pontikes Construction's (S&P) Dallas/Fort Worth office to build the 95,000-square-foot Thelma Elizabeth Page Richardson Elementary School, located in the Pleasant Grove community in southeast Dallas. S&P is teaming up with 3i Construction for the $16.8 million project. BRW Architects designed the school in accordance with the Texas Collaborative for High Performing Schools' code of environmental standards. The school will accommodate 821 students and is slated for a fall 2013 completion.
AUSTIN — NorthMarq Capital has secured $5.92 million in first mortgage refinancing for the 77-unit Townhollow Apartments, located at 1200 Treadwell St. in Austin. Nathan Prouty of NorthMarq's San Francisco office arranged the 10-year loan with a 30-year amortization schedule through AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance.
NORCO, LAKE ELSINORE, CALIF. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has sold two Inland Empire-based strip centers for more than $9 million. This includes the 12,835-square-foot Marketplace on Hamner in Norco that was sold to Agins Development Corporation, and the 34,850-square-foot Winston Plaza in Lake Elsinore that was acquired by Fan Family Trust. Agins was represented by Woodrow Harpole of Calvert Properties. Fan Family Trust was represented by Richard Lee of R&L Properties-Cerritos Inc. Hanley’s William B. Asher and Patrick G. Kent represented the Marketplace on Hamner seller, Marketplace on Hamner, LLC. Asher and Jeremy S. McChesney also represented the Winston Plaza seller, Palm Lake Properties, LLC.
VAN NUYS, CALIF. – The 30-unit Parkwood Meadowsin Van Nuys has sold to JB Valley Enterprises for $2.59 million. The community was built in 1959 and is located at 15425 Vanowen Street. This was an all-cash, REO transaction. The seller, MS Kearny CT 1 LLC, was represented by Mark McDonald, Dean Zander and Vince Norris of Hendricks & Partners’ West LosAngeles office.
PETALUMA, CALIF. — Target Corporation has purchased 10 acres at the site of the East Washington Place shopping center in Petaluma. The company plans to develop a 140,000-square-foot store at the site, which will serve as the center’s anchor. The site was purchased from Regency Centers, which is developing the new center. Construction began on East Washington Place earlier this year. It anticipates a summer 2013 opening.
TAMPA, FLA. — The 24,735-square-foot Watermark 5, located at 5415 Mariner St., and the 29,132-square-foot Watermark 7, located at 5410 Bay Center Dr., both in Tampa, have sold for $3.75 million. Elliott Ross of Clearwater-based The Ross Realty Group represented Watermark Acquisition Group, the buyer, in the transaction. Redstone Asset Management Services represented Marketview Properties III, the seller.
