The buyer was represented by Jerry Wise of Marcus & Millichap’s West Los Angeles office. The seller, One West Bank, was represented by Kenneth N. Blomsterberg of Marcus & Millichap’s Reno, Nev., office.
CHINO, CALIF. — General Cable Corporation has signed a lease renewal for 165,000 square feet of industrial space at its regional distribution center in Chino. The space is located at 13965 Pipeline Ave. General Cable was represented by Tim O’Rourke, Mike Fowler and Kris Bjorson of Jones Lang LaSalle's Chicago office. The landlord, Majestic Realty Corporation, was represented in-house by Trent Wylde.
DENVER — Sur La Table is expanding at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver. The specialty cookware retailer will close its current location within the center on April 3 before expanding into a 7,434-square-foot space at 121 Clayton Lane. HOOVER, ALA. — A 10,000-square-foot office building, located at 4 Riverchase Ridge in Hoover, has sold for $1.2 million. Dan Lovell and Walter Brown of Graham & Co.'s Birmingham, Ala., office represented MGA Properties and Myrick Gurosky & Associates, the sellers in the transaction. The buyer was Spyer Investments and Doozer Software.

Matthew Kohlhoss of NorthMarq's Washington, D.C., office arranged the 10-year loan with a 25-year amortization on behalf of the borrower, Sun City LLC, through RiverSource.
LANSING, MICH. — Stag Industrial Inc. has acquired a warehouse and distribution facility in Lansing for $6.6 million. The 129,325-square-foot building was constructed in 2002 and renovated in 2008. The facility is fully leased to Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, a subsidiary of Ryerson Inc. The company processes and distributes metals such as carbon steel and aluminum products. Joseph T. Ryerson & Son has 7 years remaining on its lease.
