Ronald Reese of NorthMarq's Dallas office arranged the 10-year loan with a 25-year amortization schedule through Government Personnel Mutual Life Insurance Co. on behalf of the borrower, RMB Parkway North.

KATY — Houston-based My Fit Foods will open a 2,600-square-foot store in the 77,589-square-foot Highland Knolls Shopping Center, located at 1505-1565 S. Mason Rd. in Katy. The center is 90 percent leased to tenants such as Randalls, Washington Mutual, Skeeters, Quizno's Subs and AT&T. The store will be My Fit Foods' 17th location in the Houston area. Shawn Ackerman and Cyrus Chen of Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Houston office represented the landlord in the transaction.

PEORIA, ARIZ. – The 240-unit Enclave at Paradise Lane apartment community in Peoria has sold to Baron Properties for $26.9 million. The new owner is planning to upgrade the property’s common areas and enhance its interior. It was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale. Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham and Asher Gunter of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, Sherman Residential, in this transaction.

LOS ANGELES — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has arranged $14,050,000 in interest-only refinancing for a three-property multifamily portfolio. The Southern California-based properties were built in 1962 and total 92 units. The loan carries a 4.225 percent interest rate and a 65 percent loan-to-value. It also offers substantial pay-off flexibility. The loan was arranged by Dan Litman of MMCC’s West Los Angeles office.

The property was built in 2009 at 8622 North 59th Ave. Mark Forrester and Ric Holway of Hendricks & Partners’ Phoenix office represented the seller, JGM Group, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company/Trojan Air Services, Inc.

COLUMBUS, GA. — Skanska has been selected for the $115 million expansion and renovation of St. Francis Hospital, located at 2122 Manchester Expressway in Columbus. Included in the expansion is the addition of a 189,131-square-foot clinical services building and a 169,000-square-foot medical office building. Additionally, the company will renovate the main hospital. Completion is slated for August of 2013.

ROSWELL, GA. — The 117,392-square-foot Centennial Village – Phase II, located at 2342 Holcomb Bridge Rd. in Roswell, has been sold for $14.6 million. Kohl's and Petco anchor the center, which is 99 percent leased. Whitney Knoll, Fred Victor and Mark Hillis of Newmark Knight Frank's Atlanta office represented M&J/Centennial, the seller, in the transaction. The buyer was Rothenberg Rosenfield.

MOUNT JULIET, TENN. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $4.3 million sale of the 15,088-square-foot Providence West Medical Plaza, a medical office building located at 5003 Crossing Cir. in Mount Juliet. The building is fully leased. Joseph Massa and Anthony Lunceford of the Marcus & Millichap's Nashville, Tenn., office represented the seller, a developer, in the transaction and procured the buyer, a private investor.
