SUGAR LAND — HFF has arranged the sale of the 116,064-square-foot The Crossing at Fort Bend, a retail power center located at 14440 Hillcroft St. in Sugar Land. The center is 90.4 percent leased to tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Staples, Dollar Tree, JPMorgan Chase, Subway, Whataburger and Chili's. MCOM SHOPPING CENTERS LLC, the buyer, was aided by financing from Prosperity Bank. Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew of HFF's Houston office represented the seller in the transaction.
SUGAR LAND — CBRE has brokered the sale of a 12,500-square-foot industrial property, located at 10507 Fallstone Rd. in Sugar Land. Glynn Mireles of CBRE's Houston office represented the seller, Houston-based Kamal and Reema Dama, in the transaction. Luke Thao Dinh, an independent broker, represented the buyer, Quotran Corp.
GASTONIA, N.C. — CTL Packaging USA has selected Red Rock Developments to develop its new $58 million, 226,000-square-foot facility at Gastonia Technology Park, located one mile north of Interstate 85 in Gastonia. The new facility will house CTL's North American operations and is expected to create 131 jobs during the next 4 years. Construction will begin in November or early December.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — TD Bank has plans to undergo a $17.1 million renovation of its 300,000-square-foot corporate operations, located at 200 Carolina Point Pkwy. in Greenville. As a result, TD Bank will create more than 1,400 jobs in the next 3 to 5 years. The buildings are designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. Construction is slated to begin in early 2012.
ATLANTA — A joint venture between San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group and Atlanta-based TriBridge Residential has purchased the 298-unit Century at Perimeter Park, located at 6210 Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd. in Atlanta. Derrick Bloom and David Gutting of Jones Lang LaSalle's Atlanta office represented Centennial Holdings, the seller, in the transaction.
CLERMONT, FLA. — Chester C. Fosgate Co. has sold a 2-acre retail property, located at 1800 E. Hwy. 50 in Clermont, to Rich Filet for $2.38 million. The site contains a 13,086-square-foot CVS/pharmacy. Daryl Carter of Orlando-based Maury L. Carter & Associates, along with Michael Zimmerman of Delray Beach, Fla.-based RJS Realty Group, represented the seller in the transaction.
CLEARWATER, FLA. — AmeriLife Group has signed a 70,706-square-foot lease at the 146,000-square-foot Prestige Place, a two-building office park located at 2600-2650 McCormick Dr. in Clearwater. Alan Feldshue and Melanie Jackson of Colliers International's Tampa Bay, Fla., office represented the tenant in the lease transaction. MARION, ILL. — Holland Construction Services recently completed the new $5.7 million Behavioral Medicine building for the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs in Marion. The 17,400-square-foot building includes 14 bedrooms, a day room for group gatherings and a kitchen. Paul Gansauer of Holland Construction served as the project manager, and N.K. Bhandari, Consulting Engineers P.C. provided architectural services. The building is now open.
CRYSTAL LAKE, ILL. —Aptargroup, a leading supplier of clinical dispensing systems, has signed a 91,267-square-foot lease at 450 Congress Parkway in Crystal Lake. FAIRFIELD, N.J. — PPI Time Zone Inc., an electronic manufacturing services company, has signed a long-term, 30,000-square-foot office lease at 11 Madison Ave. in Fairfield. James Scancarella and Edward English of CresaPartners' New Jersey office represented PPI Time Zone in the transaction. Greg Sabato and Tom Consiglio of Resource Realty represented the landlord, The Richards and Robbins Group. PPI Time Zone plans to relocate its headquarters from its current location in Paterson, N.J.
