FRISCO, TEXAS — Miami-based investment firm Antegrade Holdings has acquired Frisco Market Center, a 20,823-square-foot, three-building retail center located at the corner of Main Street and the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco. The property is shadow-anchored by LA Fitness and Main Event Entertainment. Taylor LeMaster of Inroads Realty represented Antegrade in the acquisition of the center. Tommy Tucker and Tim Axilrod of Shop Cos. represented the seller, Hermansen Land Development Inc. Todd McNeill of Metropolitan Capital Advisors arranged acquisition financing through Regions Bank.

SANTA MONICA, CALIF. — Muselli Commercial Realtors has brokered the sale of a retail building located at 2914 Main St. in Santa Monica. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property for $3.2 million, or $1,780 per square foot. The buyer plans to occupy the 1,825-square-foot building, which is currently vacant. Evan Pozarny of Muselli Commercial Realtors represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.

LOS ANGELES — Madison Marquette has added three new tenants to District La Brea, the company’s adaptive re-use development in Los Angeles. Interior Define, Best Made and Made Gold will open at the 110,214-square-foot retail, dining and office property this fall. Interior Define is a custom furniture store; Best Made offers a lifestyle line of outdoor gear from graphic designer Peter Buchanan-Smith; and Made Gold is a denim-focused streetwear brand by Marta Goldschmeid.

EVERETT, WASH. — Brixton Capital has purchased Everett Mall, a 490,949-square-foot shopping center located in Everett, 28 miles north of Seattle. Everett Mall is home to a mix of national, regional and local tenants including Regal 16 Cinemas, LA Fitness, Burlington Coat Factory, Sears, Party City and Ulta Beauty. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.

JERICHO, N.Y. — Getty Realty Corp. has acquired interests in 38 fee simple convenience store properties in metro Columbia, S.C., for $68.3 million. In July, the company entered into a sale-leaseback transaction with a U.S. subsidiary of Ireland-based Applegreen PLC. Under the revised terms of the transaction, Getty Realty acquired interests in the properties and simultaneously leased them under a unitary lease to Applegreen. The portfolio includes 33 convenience store and gasoline stations, many of which contain food offerings such as Burger King, Subway and Blimpie, and five standalone Burger King restaurants. The 15-year lease features four five-year renewal options, with rent scheduled to increase annually during the initial and renewal terms.

CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Henry S. Miller Brokerage Co. (HSM) has acquired Mills Pointe, a 126,000-square-foot shopping center situated on 11.5 acres at the corner of Trinity Mills Road and Marsh Lane in Carrollton. Built in 1985 and renovated in 2016, the center was 80 percent leased at the time of sale to anchor tenant Fitness Connection, as well as Subway, H&R Block and State Farm Insurance. Darrell Hurmis of HSM represented the undisclosed seller and the buyer, HSM Mills Pointe Partners LP, in the transaction.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Kalikow Group and Feldco Development Corp. have received a $20 million loan for the refinancing of Expressway Plaza, a shopping center located at 1441 Richmond Ave. in Staten Island. Bethpage Federal Credit Union provided the seven-year loan. Originally built in 1997 by Kalikow and Feldco, the 94,000-square-foot property is occupied by Stop & Shop, Dunkin’ Donuts, Sleepy’s, New York Community Bank and Subway. Additionally, the asset features a 7,000-square-foot outparcel occupied by Buffalo Wild Wings and a 5,000-square-foot outparcel occupied by Applebee’s.

NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of a mixed-use property located at 321 W. 11th St. in Manhattan’s West Village. A local private investor acquired the property from a limited liability company for $11.6 million. The 10,400-square-foot property features two retail units, 10 studio apartments and eight one-bedroom apartments. Matt Fotis and Sam Hoefle of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.

HOUSTON — Baker Katz has secured a 6,300-square-foot retail lease at Stonegate Shopping Center in Houston on behalf of American Family Care, a primary and urgent care provider. Ben Brown of Baker Katz and Jennifer Watson of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jim Bayne of Investar Real Estate Services represented the undisclosed landlord. The clinic is expected to open during the fourth quarter.
