BARRINGTON AND ELMHURST, ILL. — Millennium Properties has brokered the sale of two retail centers in suburban Chicago. The sales prices were not disclosed. Chet Evans of Millennium brokered the sale of a 9,800-square-foot retail center located at 121-141 S. Northwest Highway in Barrington. The two-building center is fully leased to five tenants including JC Licht Benjamin Moore and Farmers Insurance. Brad Thompson of Millennium brokered the sale of a 9,667-square-foot building located at 110-112 W. Park Ave. in Elmhurst. The property features a mix of retail, restaurant and office space and is fully leased to tenants such as Lou Malnati’s.

KANSAS CITY, MO. — Block & Co. Inc. Realtors has arranged the sale of Sherrydale Shopping Center in Kansas City for an undisclosed price. The 7,670-square-foot retail center is located on 1.3 acres at the southwest corner of 152 Highway and North Oak Trafficway. David M. Block and Jody Minder of Block & Co. arranged the sale on behalf of the sellers, Top 29 Sherydale LLC and North 152 Partners LLC. Rubenstein Real Estate Co. LLC represented the undisclosed buyer.

PUEBLO WEST, COLO. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the $2.4 million sale of Pueblo West Retail Center, a 13,000-square-foot, Walmart Supercenter shadow-anchored strip center located in Pueblo West. The triple-net-leased property is fully occupied by eight tenants including Little Caesars, Jackson-Hewitt, Fantastic Sam’s and Sally Beauty Supply. Tom Chichester of Faris Lee represented the buyer, a private investor from San Clemente, Calif. CBRE represented the seller, a private investor from San Diego.

WESTBURY, N.Y. — Lesso Group has acquired The Mall at the Source and an adjacent retail building, located at 1504 Old Country Road in Westbury, for $92 million. Totaling 723,326 square feet, the transaction is the largest Long Island transaction to date. Lesso plans to convert the properties into a showroom and retail center for its household goods. The transaction includes the 512,528-square-foot enclosed mall and a 210,798-square-foot retail building, formerly occupied by Fortunoff. Situated on 38 acres and zoned for industrial space, the properties also feature 3,838 parking spaces, 2,813 of which are within a garage. Peter Rossi and Dennis Karr of Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer in the deal. The name of the seller was not released.

REHOBOTH BEACH, DEL. — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has brokered the sale of a 10.3-acre development parcel located at the southeast corner of Coastal Highway and Holland Glade Road in Rehoboth Beach. The Corrado Family LLC sold the 448,668-square-foot site to Coastal Station Development Co. for $13.5 million. The buyer plans to redevelop the site, with the first phase featuring a Royal Farms convenience store and Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. Mike Margolis, Dave Dolan and Neal Dangello of NKF represented the seller in the transaction.

HOUSTON — Pioneer Realty Capital has closed a $3.2 million loan for the acquisition of USA Wheel & Tire Outlet, a 48,000-square-foot flex property located at 6628 Gulf Freeway in Houston. Pioneer Realty Capital arranged the loan on behalf of Aslam Property Inc., which will use the space for warehousing purposes. The transaction marks the third collaboration between Aslam and Pioneer Realty Capital within the last year.

MANTECA, CALIF. — dd’s DISCOUNTS, a division of Ross Stores Inc. will open its 200th store in Manteca, Calif., on June 24. The 18,000-square-foot Northern California store is located in the Stadium Center at Highway 120 and Airport Way. The new location will increase the store count to 84 in California. Together, Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS currently operate approximately 1,560 off-price apparel and home fashion stores in 37 states, the District of Columbia and Guam.

SALT LAKE CITY — Next spring, Dave & Buster’s will open its first Utah location at The Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City. In addition to its $100 million redevelopment plan, The Gateway and its parent company, Vestar, were looking for a big name, family-friendly venue to anchor its rebranding effort. With restaurants in 34 states and internationally, Dave & Buster’s offers a combination of entertainment and dining, offering its customers the opportunity to “eat, drink, play and watch,” all in one location. The Gateway is a mixed-use shopping and entertainment center with over 80 shops, restaurants and amenities — including Wiseguys Comedy Club, Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatre, The Depot, Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum and Clark Planetarium. Vestar acquires, develops and manages shopping and entertainment destinations. Vestar’s current portfolio of retail properties totals 26 million square feet throughout the Western states. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Dallas, Dave & Buster’s Entertainment Inc. is the owner and operator of 99 venues in North America.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has brokered the sale of Northland Square in Cedar Rapids. The sales price was not disclosed. Built in 1994, the 187,068-square-foot shopping center is located at the southeast corner of Collins Road and C Avenue. Kohls and TJ Maxx anchor the center. Other tenants include Barnes & Noble, Office Max, Old Navy, Famous Footwear and Hallmark. Joe Girardi and Ben Wineman of Mid-America brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a public REIT. A private investment firm purchased the property.

HOUSTON — Hunington Properties Inc. has brokered the sale of Shops at Cinco Rancho West, a 26,721-square-foot retail center located on the SEC Cinco Ranch Boulevard at FM 1463 in Houston. Rafael Melara of Hunington represented the seller, a local investor and procured the buyer, a Massachusetts-based family trust. Both parties requested confidentiality.
