SANTA ANA, CALIF. – Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and Wokcano will soon open at Westfield MainPlace in Santa Ana. Lucille’s will occupy a 10,000-square-foot space, while Wokcano will absorb 5,000 square feet. The restaurants are slated to open late this summer or early fall. Westfield MainPlace is currently undergoing a massive renovation. Panini Café, Dog Haus and Blaze Pizza have all recently opened at the center.

LINCOLN, NEB. — Investors Realty Inc. has brokered the $16.8 million sale of Centro Plaza shopping center, a 115,495-square-foot retail property in Lincoln. The property is located at the intersection of 48th and Vine streets. The shopping center is currently occupied by TJ Maxx. Michaels, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Beauty Brands have executed leases and plan to occupy the space at the property. The buyer plans an extensive renovation of the property. Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the buyer, an affiliate of St. Louis-based Integris Ventures.
MCKINNEY, TEXAS — CBRE Capital Markets’ investment properties team has arranged the sale of Shops at Eagle Point in McKinney. An out-of-state investor purchased the 14-acre site, which consists of two retail centers and four pad sites. Dallas-based developer Uptown Custer Partners LP was the seller. Shops at Eagle Point is shadow-anchored by Walmart at the southwest corner of North Custer Road and Highway 380. The property is 81.8 percent occupied by Subway, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Mooyah Burgers – Fries – Shakes, Great Clips and Eagle Point Dental Care. Jennifer Pierson, Cameron Deptula and Beth Pierson of CBRE’s Dallas office represented the seller. Gary Tobias of Quine & Associates represented the buyer.
SEWELL, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Cherry Tree Crossing, a retail property in Sewell. A private investor sold the 36,560-square-foot property to an undisclosed buyer for $2.8 million. Michael Lombardi and Robert Angus of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the seller and buyer in the deal.
LAKEVILLE, MINN. — Inland Real Estate Corp. in a joint venture with Dutch pension fund advisor PGGM has acquired Argonne Village, a 113,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, located in Lakeville, a suburb of Minneapolis, for $26.3 million in cash. Argonne Village is anchored by a 71,800-square-foot Cub Foods grocery store with a mix of co-tenants that include Dollar Tree, Taco Bell, Starbucks, FedEx Kinko’s, Little Caesars Pizza, Great Clips and others. The 100-percent-leased center is approximately 20 miles south of Minneapolis. The Class-A property is located off of County Road 50 and I-35W.
HOLMDEL, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a retail property in Holmdel. The 2,000-square-foot property, which is net leased to Sun National Bank, sold for $1.2 million. Michael Lombardi of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the seller and buyer, both private investors, in the 1031 exchange.
LOS ANGELES – Trojan Fig Partners LLC has purchased 901 Bar & Grill, a popular restaurant near the USC campus in Los Angeles, for an undisclosed sum. The transaction included two buildings and three tenants: 901 Bar & Grill, Carl’s Jr. and El Pollo Loco, located at 2902, 2912 and 2904 South Figueroa Street, respectively. The seller, Figueroa Retail LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Chris Caras and Michael Shustak.
OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $15.8 million sale of Regency Square North, a 74,085-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Overland Park. The sales price equates to $214 per square foot. Built between 2001 and 2002 on more than seven acres, Regency Square North is located at 7201-7401 W. 91st St. Regency Square North is anchored by one of two Whole Foods locations currently operating in the Kansas City metropolitan area; a third is built and scheduled to open in March. Garrette Matlock of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the seller, Regency North Retail LLC, an entity sponsored through AMG National Trust Bank. The buyer, ACF Property Management Inc., represented itself in the transaction. Greg Bates of the firm’s Kansas City office is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Kansas. In addition to Whole Foods, Regency Square North’s tenancy includes Cinzetti’s, a Italian restaurant offering a marketplace-style display kitchen with multiple exhibitor stations, Metcalf Discount Liquors and Hitch Fit Gym. Cinzetti’s and Metcalf Liquors are original tenants with eight years and six years remaining on their leases, respectively. Hitch Fit Gym recently leased 3,783 square feet of space adjacent to Whole Foods.
SAN ANTONIO – Kennedy Wilson represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of the 112,000-square-foot building known as the Aztec Theatre, a historic mixed-use building located at 201 E. Commerce Street in San Antonio. The structure was recently renovated and is located in the central business district. Suzanne Havekost of Kennedy Wilson’s brokerage group in the firm’s San Antonio office represented the buyer, Aztec Family Group LLC, and the seller, Aztec Project Development Ltd., in the transaction. Built in 1926, the theatre underwent more than $20 million in restorations and renovations, first in 1998 when Belgian Baron Theodore Bracht of Aztec Project Development Ltd. purchased the property . In 2013, Sam Panchevre of the Aztec Family Group LLC leased the facility and made an additional investment to increase the seating capacity and upgraded the venue to accommodate live music and entertainment.
Meadow Partners Converts 866 United Nations Plaza into Commercial Condo Property in NYC

NEW YORK CITY — Meadow Partners, through an affiliate, has converted 866 United Nations Plaza, a 471,000-square-foot office building, into a commercial condominium property containing office, retail and garage space. Located at the base of two 32-story residential towers on 48th Street in New York City, the property offers six 78,000-square-foot floors and units ranging in size from less than 1,000 to more than 50,000 square feet. Additionally, units can be combined and demised to accommodate users of varying sizes. Sale prices range from under $1 million to more than $60 million, depending on unit size, view and floor plan. Built in 1965, the property features two lobbies, 24/7 security, 17-foot travertine walls and polished granite floors, six elevators, a separate service entrance with loading dock and oversized freight elevator, and an underground parking garage. Rudder Property Group is marketing the building, which is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
