MIDLAND — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.7 million sale of the 107,531-square-foot Colonnade at Polo Park, a shopping center located at 4610 N. Garfield St. in Midland. The property was 70 percent leased at closing to tenants such as Men's Wearhouse, Jason's Deli, Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, Tuesday Morning and Golf Headquarters. Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office represented the seller, a financial institution.
HUNTINGON BEACH, CALIF. – The 5 Points Plaza in Huntington Beach has welcomed five new tenants that will occupy a total of 23,153 square feet, bringing the center to 97 percent occupancy. The new tenants include Charming Charlie, which signed a 10-year lease for 11,600 square feet; Kahoots Pet Store, which signed a 10-year lease for 7,311 square feet; CloudMover Day Spa, which signed a five-year lease for 1,920 square feet; Bliss Nails and Spa, which signed a 10-year lease for 1,166 square feet; and the Original Bold Fold, which signed a 10-year lease for 1,156 square feet. MCKINNEY — Lee & Associates has arranged the $7.3 million sale of a 14,820-square-foot property leased by Walgreens, located in the master-planned community Craig Ranch at 8996 Stacy Rd. in McKinney. Jim Casale of Lee & Associates' San Diego office represented the buyers, a private family trust, in the transaction. NEW PORT RICHEY, FLA. — The 14,000-square-foot Streetside Little Road Shopping Center, located at 8344-8406 Little Rd. in New Port Richey, has sold for $3.2 million. The center is fully leased. MISSOURI — American Realty Capital Properties Inc. has acquired a portfolio of 20 freestanding, single-story buildings leased to discount retailer Dollar General for $10 million. Fifteen of the Dollar General stores are located in Missouri, three are in Arkansas, and one store is in Oklahoma and Illinois. The stores total approximately 177,000 square feet.
ODESSA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $8.4 million sale of the 148,006-square-foot Town and Country Shopping Center, located at 2723 N. Grandview Ave. in Odessa. The property was 92 percent leased to tenants including Jason's Deli, World Gym, Tuesday Morning and Harmony School at the time of the sale. HOUSTON — NorthMarq Capital has arranged $7.55 million in financing for the 70,642-square-foot Gulfgare Square Shopping Center, located at 6800 Gulf Freeway in Houston. David Mott of the NorthMarq's Dallas office arranged the financing through the Wells Fargo CMBS Platform.
NEW LONDON, N.H. —CBRE's National Retail Investment Group has arranged the sale of New London Shopping Center, a 107,301-square-foot, supermarket-anchored shopping center in New London, N.H. for $15.7 million. Chris Angelone, Bill Moylan, Jim Koury, Nat Heald and Josh Klimkiewicz of CBRE's Boston office represented the seller, Kimco Realty Corp. in the transaction. They also procured the buyer, CrossPoint Associates.
COPIAGUE, N.Y. — AMVETS National Service Foundation, a veteran service organization, has signed a lease for a 19,300-square-foot store in Copiague. Sabre Real Estate Group's Beth Lamport and Breslin Realty Development Corp.'s Russ Lico represented AMVETs in the deal. Schuckman Realty represented the landlord, Royal Sunrise Realty. AMVETs plans to open a thrift store.
