Leon Brockmeier of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, Fla., office, along with Patrick O'Halloran of the firm's Atlanta office, represented the seller, a Florida-based developer, in the transaction. CAPE CORAL, FLA. — CBRE has negotiated the $1.48 million sale of a 2,940-square-foot retail building, located at the corner of Skyline Boulevard and Trafalgar Parkway in Cape Coral. Dan O'Berski and Matt Fredrickson of CBRE's Fort Myers, Fla., office represented OTOB, the seller, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
BRUNSWICK, OHIO — Cooper Commerical Investment Group has closed the $4 million sale of Walgreens, located at 1337 Pearl Rd. in Brunswick. Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial's Cleveland office represented the seller, LDB Property Holdings LP. The buyer was a private group based in Hawaii.
DAYTON — Bloomfield Capital, a specialty finance firm, has funded a $1.5 million senior bridge loan to finance both a 20,000-square-foot retail center and a 100-unit apartment complex in Dayton. The loan also allowed the borrower to consolidate two prior loans.
MILWAUKEE — Cermak Grocery has signed a 60,000-square-foot lease at 1541 Miller Park Way in Milwaukee. Jon Thoresen of Commercial Property Associates' Milwaukee office represented the landlord, West Milw LLC in the transaction.
SUGAR LAND — HFF has arranged the sale of the 116,064-square-foot The Crossing at Fort Bend, a retail power center located at 14440 Hillcroft St. in Sugar Land. The center is 90.4 percent leased to tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Staples, Dollar Tree, JPMorgan Chase, Subway, Whataburger and Chili's. MCOM SHOPPING CENTERS LLC, the buyer, was aided by financing from Prosperity Bank. Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew of HFF's Houston office represented the seller in the transaction.
CLERMONT, FLA. — Chester C. Fosgate Co. has sold a 2-acre retail property, located at 1800 E. Hwy. 50 in Clermont, to Rich Filet for $2.38 million. The site contains a 13,086-square-foot CVS/pharmacy. Daryl Carter of Orlando-based Maury L. Carter & Associates, along with Michael Zimmerman of Delray Beach, Fla.-based RJS Realty Group, represented the seller in the transaction.
MIDLAND — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.7 million sale of the 107,531-square-foot Colonnade at Polo Park, a shopping center located at 4610 N. Garfield St. in Midland. The property was 70 percent leased at closing to tenants such as Men's Wearhouse, Jason's Deli, Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, Tuesday Morning and Golf Headquarters. Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office represented the seller, a financial institution.
