HUMBLE — Stan Johnson Co. has completed the sale of a 1,850-square-foot, free-standing Starbucks at 3805 Atascocita Rd. in Humble to an individual investor. Hunter Jaggard of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, a New York-based investor, while Mansur Hussein of Hutaib USA represented the buyer. The Starbucks property is situated on the northeast corner of Atascocita Road and Will Clayton Parkway with nearby tenants Chase Bank, AutoZone, Walgreens and Kroger.

ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA. AND CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three absolute net-leased CVS/Pharmacy properties have sold for $12.1 million. Two of the properties are located in St. Augustine and one is in Charlotte. The properties total more than 38,000 square feet and are leased to CVS Caremark through 2034. The buyer was Phoenix-based Cole Real Estate Investments and the seller was a Calif.-based LLC. Terry Marks of New Hope, Pa.-based National Net Lease Realty represented the seller. Cole was represented by Chad Adams of Cole Capital.
CHICAGO — Virginia-based The Harbor Group has purchased a 4-store retail portfolio, for approximately $28.37 million from Chicago-based Centrum Properties. Three of the properties are in Chicago and one is in Wheaton, Ill. Brandon Duff and Brad Feller with Stan Johnson Company's Chicago office represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
AUSTINTOWN, OHIO — The 8,446-square-foot retail plaza Falcon Commons, located at 4774 Mahoning Ave. in Austintown, has been sold for $1.56 million to an undisclosed buyer. Both the buyer and seller were represented by the Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial Investment Group.
CHICAGO — The 105,449-square-foot Heritage Shops at Millennium Park, located in Chicago, has sold for $31.6 million. The retail property is anchored by a 2-story LA Fitness. The buyer was New York-based Acadia Realty Trust. The seller, Chicago-based Mesa Development, was represented by Stan Nitzberg, Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi of Mid-America's Chicago office.
VALENCIA, CALIF. — Madison International Realty has acquired a 50 percent equity interest in the 126,769-square-foot Bridgeport Marketplace, a mixed-use, grocery-anchored retail center in Valencia. The value of the transaction was approximately $10 million. The co-owner and broker information were undisclosed.
FEDERAL HEIGHTS, COLO. — CarMax Auto Superstores has purchased a 7.2-acre automotive dealership site, located at 2600 W. 104th Ave. in Federal Heights, for $6 million. The seller, BDH&R Investment Company, was represented by Steve Hyatt of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Berger Commercial Realty Corp. Paul Silver of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhhimer's Richmond, Va., office and Dan Miller of Denver-based SullivanHayes represented the buyer.
LOCKHART — A 14,820-square-foot Walgreens has been sold to a private investor in Lockhart. Located at 200 S. Colorado St., the property was built in 2007 on a 1.4-acre lot. Greg Gaynor of Marcus & Millichap's Austin office secured the buyer.
DESTIN, FLA. — The 19,950-square-foot 98 Palms Strip Center was sold for $1.4 million to an undisclosed buyer. The seller, a Fla.-based financial institution, was represented by Benjamin Berry and Michael J. Jaworski of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, Fla., office and Marc Struss of Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., office. Broker information for the buyer was undisclosed.
GROVE HEIGHTS, MINN. — St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises and Chicago-based Shiner Capital Partners have acquired Cahill Plaza in Grove Heights. The 69,000-square-foot shopping center is occupied by a 52,017-square-foot Cub Foods, a 6,165-square-foot MGM Liquor, Great Clips, RR Cleaners, C&A Nails, Edward Jones and Papa Johns. Terms of the transaction were not released.
