PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — Takoro Sports, a Taiwanese entertainment concept centered on baseball, will open a 20,000-square-foot venue in the northern Austin suburb of Pflugerville. The facility will be constructed via ground lease within Stone Hill Town Center and will feature high-tech batting and pitching cages, various simulators, arcade games and food-and-beverage options. NewQuest owns Stone Hill Town Center. A tentative opening date was not disclosed.

PANAMA CITY, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $8.2 million sale of Shops at Bay City Point, a 21,540-square-foot retail center located in Panama City. Zach Taylor, Robby Pfeiffer and Eric Abbott of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office represented the seller, a Rome, Ga.-based developer. Brian Munn, also based in the Atlanta office, procured the buyer, a Georgia-based private investor. Ryan Nee is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Florida. Built in 2023, Shops at Bay City Point is part of the larger 24-acre Bay City Point retail development. Tenants at the property — which was fully leased at the time of sale — include Xfinity, The Vitamin Shoppe, Smile Doctors Orthodontists and Chicken Salad Chick. The retail center is situated across from the former Panama City Mall, a 600,000-square-foot site currently undergoing a mixed-use redevelopment.
UPPER LAKE, CALIF. — Curtis Holdings has completed the disposition of Tallman Hotel and Blue Wing Saloon, located at 9550 Main St. and 9520 Main St., respectively, in Upper Lake. Amar and Rajvi Alapati acquired the assets for an undisclosed price. The buyers will add the properties to its Serenity Hotels Collection. Alex Lee-Bull and Lauren Liebes of CBRE represented the seller. The Tallman Hotel offers 17 rooms across nine buildings. Originally built in 1896, the hotel was renovated between 2002 and 2005 and reopened in 2006 with modern amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gardens and a meeting room. Select rooms offer outdoor showers and Japanese Ofuro soaking tubs.
OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Evexia Wellness has signed a 10-year, 3,603-square-foot retail lease at 4986 N. Adams Road in Oakland Township. The property is known as Country Creek Commons shopping center. Eric Banks and Jim Mitchell of Dominion Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the undisclosed landlord. WARWICK, R.I. — Urban Air Adventure Park, an entertainment concept centered on trampolines, has opened a new entertainment venue in Warwick, just south of Providence. The space is located within Cowesett Corners Shopping Center, a grocery-anchored power center, and features climbing walls, obstacle courses and bumper cars. BAYTOWN, TEXAS — Dallas-based EōS Fitness has leased 40,000 square feet of retail space in Baytown, an eastern suburb of Houston, for a new gym. The space is located within San Jacinto Marketplace, which is a redevelopment of the former San Jacinto Mall. Locally based developer Fidelis Realty Partners owns San Jacinto Marketplace. The opening is slated for 2027.
SILVER SPRING, MD. AND FAIRFAX, VA. — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) has arranged a $17 million loan for the refinancing of a nine-property retail portfolio located in the Washington, D.C. suburbs of Silver Spring, Md., and Fairfax, Va. The properties — which total roughly 71,000 square feet — include multi-tenant retail strip centers, single-tenant retail properties and single-tenant restaurants. Jared Cassidy of MMCC’s D.C. office secured the five-year loan through a local bank. The financing carries a 12-month adjustable rate, 25-year amortization schedule and a 55 percent loan-to-value ratio.
POWAY, CALIF. — Capstone Advisors has completed the disposition of Poway Valley Center, a shopping center in Poway, to Badal Satasiya for $11.6 million. Located at 13314-13340 Poway Road, the property offers 24,802 square feet of retail space with 16 tenants, including Little Sprouts Daycare, Wingstop, Poway Irish Pub, Don Pollo Mexican Food and Bongiorno’s Pizzeria. Reg Kobe, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson of CBRE represented the seller, while Jimmy Leach and Erik Ransdell of Strands Realty Group represented the buyer in the deal.
AURORA, COLO. — Summit HC Real Estate LLC has acquired a standalone retail building at 390 S. Dayton St. in Aurora from Elianna LLC for $1.2 million, or $542.22 per square foot. The buyer plans to operate its home healthcare business, Summit Home Care, at the 2,250-square-foot building, which features 26 reserved surface parking spaces and prominent signage. Manijeh Saeidi of Brokers Guild Real Estate represented the buyer, while John Propp of John Prop Commercial Group represented the seller in the deal.
