FLOWER MOUND — NorthMarq Capital has arranged $3.9 million in permanent financing for the 30,939-square-foot Towne View Plaza, a shopping center located at 1900 Long Prairie Rd. in Flower Mound. John Stewart and Brock Yaffe of NorthMarq's Denver office arranged the financing through a credit union in Texas.

ROSWELL, GA. — The 102,888-square-foot Holcomb Woods Village, a shopping center located at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd., has sold for $3.42 million. Whitney Knoll, Mark Hillis and Fred Victor of Newmark Knight Frank's Atlanta office represented the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. through special servicer GE Capital Realty Group, the seller, in the transaction. The buyer was Charlotte, N.C.-based Hawthorne Retail Partners.
PORT RICHEY, FLA. — Colliers International has brokered the $1 million sale of a 6,750-square-foot retail property, located at 9644 Scenic Dr. in Port Richey. Cynthia Shelton of Colliers International's Orlando, Fla., office and Mike Milano of the firm's Tampa Bay, Fla., office represented the seller, 6341 Tacoma Dr. Holdings, in the transaction. Barry Goldstein with Goldstein Commercial represented the buyer, a private individual.
NEENAH, WIS. — Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust Inc. has purchased the $18.2 million Fox Point, a 171,121-square-foot shopping center in Neenah, Wis. anchored by a Pick 'n Save grocery store. Joe Consenza of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions represented Inland Diversified Real Estate in the transaction. The center was more than 98 percent leased at closing.
MANHATTAN — Jones Lang LaSalle has completed construction on two Uniqlo stores in Manhattan which total 153,000 square feet. The locations include the Japanese clothing retailer's New York global flagship at 666 Fifth Ave. and a store at 31 W. 34th St. The Fifth Avenue store opened Oct. 14 and includes a three-story atrium. The 34th Street store opened Oct. 21. New York-based Gensler and Tokyo-based Wonderwall Inc. served as the architects on the project. Fiskaa Engineering, Gilsanz Murray Steficek LLP and Shawmut Design and Construction also participated in the design and construction of the stores. Jones Lang LaSalle was the project manager.
SAN ANTONIO — Austin-based EZCORP, Inc. has acquired fifteen pawn shops in the greater San Antonio area that were part of the Money Mart brand. The portfolio acquisition brings the total number of EZCORP stores in San Antonio to 37.
FONTANA, CALIF. — Hispanic grocery store chain Rio Ranch Market has leased a 45,000-square-foot retail space at Southridge Plaza Shopping Center in Fontana. The space was formerly occupied by a Ralphs supermarket. Rio Ranch hopes to open its new store in the second quarter of 2012. The value of its 10-year lease was not disclosed. Argent Retail Advisors’ Terry Bortnick represented both Rio Ranch and the center’s owner, Mabela, LLC, in this transaction.
ATLANTA — Cousins Properties Inc. has signed the first six tenants to the $100 million Phase I of Emory Point, a mixed-use property located at 1727 Clifton Rd. in Atlanta. The retailers include: a 14,338-square-foot CVS/pharmacy; a 4,512-square-foot Jos. A. Bank; a 2,995-square-foot Marlow's Tavern; a 1,891-square-foot Solar Dimensions; a 1,692-square-foot Which Wich; and a 1,117-square-foot Carriage Cleaners. The first phase, which will include 80,000 square feet of retail space and 443 apartments, is slated for completion in the fall of 2012.
DALLAS, CARROLLTON AND MESQUITE — Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has arranged lease transactions at Forest Audelia Shopping Center, located at 9759 Forest Ln. in Dallas; Josey Rosemeade Shopping Center, located at 3720 N. Josey Ln. in Carrollton; and Galloway Crossing, located at 2110 N. Galloway Ave. in Mesquite. In Forest Audelia, Jump Off Spot signed a leased relocation/expansion of 2,123 square feet and Shark's Chicken & Fish signed a 1,850-square-foot lease renewal. Leigh Richter and Michael Tran of Bradford represented the landlord, Mwest Holdings LLC, in the Jump Off Spot lease, and Paul Richter of Bradford represented the landlord in the Shark's lease transaction. The lease transactions in Josey Rosemeade include Physiotherapy Associates renewing a 4,690-square-foot lease, a 1,404-square-foot lease for Sell Your Gold Shop and Edward D.
