OKLAHOMA CITY — Marcus & Millichap has provided financing for a Burger King restaurant in Oklahoma. Christopher Marks of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office arranged the $500,000 loan based on a 5-year term with a 20-year amortization schedule through a national bank.

STREETSBORO, OHIO — Wendy's Co. will open a new restaurant at 4931 N. Oak Traffic Way in the North Oak Village Shopping Center in Kansas City, Mo. Located at the intersection of North Oak and Vivion roads, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant will open to the public Oct. 15.
WILMINGTON, DEL. –– Saladworks has signed an agreement with franchisee Joe Mignone to open his third franchise in Delaware. This Wilmington location is expected to open this fall, which will expand Saladworks’ presence in Delaware to five restaurants. Saladworks operates more than 100 franchise locations in 12 states.
DUBLIN, OHIO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 3,660-square-foot, freestanding building that is net-leased to Arby's. The restaurant is located at 5864 Sawmill Road in the Columbus, Ohio, suburb of Dublin. An out-of-state investor purchased the property for $1.82 million at an 8 percent cap rate. Dan Yozwiak and John Reehil of Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office represented the seller, a private investor.
GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — CB Richard Ellis (CBRE)/Grand Rapids has brokered the sale of the former Big Boy restaurant located at 2817 Kraft Ave. in Grand Rapids. The buyer, Cascade Burgers Real Estate, plans to open a new Bagger Dave's Legendary Burger Tavern location in the 6,488-square-foot building. This will be Bagger Dave's fifth location, and a sixth location is set to open soon in East Lansing, Mich. The Grand Rapids location will open by the end of the year. CBRE's Robert Lotzar represented the seller, Union Bank, in the deal.
MISHAWAKA, IND. — Syndicated Equities has arranged the sale of a 3,592-square-foot, single-tenant property net-leased to Arby's in Mishawaka. The property was purchased by a Florida-based investor from an Indiana-based real estate developer for $1.34 million. Isaac Metzger of Syndicated Equities represented both parties in the deal.
EAST LANSING, MICH. — Mexican restaurant Famous Taco has opened its second location. The East Lansing restaurant's second location is within Haslett Village Square shopping center at the corner of Haslett and Marsh Road. The new restaurant totals 1,565 square feet. Its original location is on West Saginaw Highway. CB Richard Ellis provided landlord representation in the lease and manages Haslett Village.
CHICAGO — Millennium Properties has brokered the sale of six former KFC restaurants in Chicago. Daniel Hyman and Susan Silver worked on behalf of the lender to arrange the sale of the properties' sheriff's certificates rather than the deeds. The restaurants are located at 3333 West Armitage, 4320 W. North Ave., 3201 West Cermak, 6705 South Halsted, 737 East 87th and in Ravenswood. Separate parties purchased the properties. They are part of a larger 13-property portfolio that is being marketed for sale.
NEW YORK CITY — A joint venture between SL Green Realty Corp. and Jeff Sutton has acquired a commercial property located at 1552 Broadway in Times Square. TGI Friday's currently leases the property through the summer of 2012. The seller was The Riese Organization. The deal will close in the third quarter.
MESQUITE — Firebrand Properties, a Burger King franchisee, has purchased a 31,711-square-foot property and a 2,440-square-foot building at 1933 N. Town East Blvd. in Mesquite. A former Arby's restaurant, the property was sold by The Beil Family Trust and will be converted to a Burger King. Tom Paredes of John T. Evans Co. represented Firebrand Properties, while Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn of Venture Commercial, as well as Richard Terzian of Progressive NNN Properties, represented The Beil Family Trust.
