The 247,040-square-foot building was built in 1986 and renovated in 2006. Located near Northlake Mall, the office building will be managed by Resource Real Estate Partners and leased by Alta Properties Group. Tom Shafer and John Hinson of Resource Real Estate Partners represented LaSalle.
RICHMOND, VA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged a $9.3 million loan for Vistas at Brookfield and Holland Place in Richmond, two office buildings totaling 152,000 square feet. The 10-year loan has a 30-year amortization schedule. Gerald Kray of the firm's Manhattan office arranged the financing through an investment bank.
