Joseph Massa of the firm's Nashville, Tenn., office represented the seller, a local real estate partnership, and Drew Babcock and Scott Taylor of the firm's Columbia, S.C., office represented the buyer, Orlando, Fla.-based Windcross Realty.
ARLINGTON, VA. — Beech Street Capital has provided a $6.4 million Fannie Mae conventional loan to refinance the 20-unit Abdington Court Apartments in Arlington. Meridian Capital Group originated the transaction. The 5-year loan has a 25-year amortization schedule.
MT. DORA, FLA. — Scott DeVinney of Northmarq's Rochester, N.Y., office has secured a 5-year, $2.12 million first-mortgage financing with a 25-year amortization schedule for the 73,000-square-foot Mt. Dora Plaza in Mt. Dora. Insight Credit Union provided financing.
WELLINGTON, FLA. — Associated Estates Realty Corp. has acquired the 222-unit Gables Wellington, a 14-building, three-story garden community located in Wellington, from Gables Residential and JP Morgan. Robert Given and Zach Sackley of CB Richard Ellis' Miami office represented the seller.

TUCKER, GA. — Levin Properties, Inc. has acquired Crescent Centre at Northlake, a 12-story Class A office building with an adjacent parking deck and lake at 100 Crescent Centre Pkwy. in Tucker, from LaSalle for $20.75 million. The 247,040-square-foot building was built in 1986 and renovated in 2006. Located near Northlake Mall, the office building will be managed by Resource Real Estate Partners and leased by Alta Properties Group. RICHMOND, VA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged a $9.3 million loan for Vistas at Brookfield and Holland Place in Richmond, two office buildings totaling 152,000 square feet.
