ORLANDO, FLA. — Nick Boehme of CB Richard Ellis has served as project manager for three renovations at civic institutions in Orlando. He oversaw the expansion and renovations of the 50,000-square-foot International Academy of Design and Technology and the 30,000-square-foot Sanford Brown Institute. The third project was a multi-phase interior renovation of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

LEXINGTON, KY. — Williams Land Corp. has purchased the 143-unit Cross Creek Apartments from an undisclosed seller for $2.88 million. The Fayette Circuit Court named McKinley receiver of the complex in May. The property, which is located at 3489 Lansdowne Drive in Lexington, is 75 percent occupied. Silvestri-Craig Realtors' Craig Silvestri brokered the sale.

Quick Shopping has signed a 28,818-square-foot industrial lease with AMB-HTD Beacon Centre LLC for space in the 2.3-million-square-foot Beacon Centre. The property, which is now 99 percent leased, is located at 8323 NW 12 Street in Doral. Flagler Real Estate Services' Michael Torna represented the tenant in the $2.5 million lease. The firm's George Pino and Jason Tresslar represented the landlord.

PORT ORANGE, FLA. — Krone Weidler of Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $1.2 million sale of a senior housing property between two private parties. The 28,000-square-foot Golden Abbey Assisted Living Facility is located at 1321 Herbert St. in Port Orange. The property includes a 16-unit memory care building; a 41-unit building is under construction and is slated to deliver by the end of the year.
