FRANKLIN, TENN. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $23 million sale of a two-building office building portfolio totaling 133,200 square feet, located at 1009 and 1021 Windcross Ct. in Franklin. Joseph Massa of the firm's Nashville, Tenn., office represented the seller, a local real estate partnership, and Drew Babcock and Scott Taylor of the firm's Columbia, S.C., office represented the buyer, Orlando, Fla.-based Windcross Realty.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $4.55 million sale of the 200-unit Millennium Pointe, located at 4255 Barwood Dr. in Orlando. Evan Kristol and Still Hunter, III, of the firm's Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office and Michael Donaldson of the firm's Tampa, Fla., office represented the seller, a Miami-based company, and procured the buyer, a Lafayette, La.-based company.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 25,000-square-foot office building, located at 2727 W. Cypress Creek Rd. in Ford Lauderdale, for $2 million to Camelot Properties of Florida. Robert Listokin and Sal Bonsignore of Colliers International's Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, the Miller Family, and Iris Riley of Fort Lauderdale-based Trans State Commercial Realty represented the buyer.

TUCKER, GA. — Levin Properties, Inc. has acquired Crescent Centre at Northlake, a 12-story Class A office building with an adjacent parking deck and lake at 100 Crescent Centre Pkwy. in Tucker, from LaSalle for $20.75 million. The 247,040-square-foot building was built in 1986 and renovated in 2006. Located near Northlake Mall, the office building will be managed by Resource Real Estate Partners and leased by Alta Properties Group. Tom Shafer and John Hinson of Resource Real Estate Partners represented LaSalle.

EASTON, MD. — G2 Properties has purchased 200,000-square-foot former Cenveo building, a flexible manufacturing/warehouse space, and 12 acres of land in Easton from Cenveo Corp. for $3 million. The redevelopment project, named Achievement Park, includes an extensive medical-grade office overhaul. Bradley Gillis and Joey Gilkerson of Sperry Van Ness | Miller Commercial Real Estate's Salisbury, Md., office represented the buyer. New York-based Corporate Properties represented the seller.
