RALEIGH, N.C. — TGM Realty Investors has purchased the 112-unit River Haven Apartments from River Haven Investments for $4.4 million. The property, located at 9310 River Haven Place in Raleigh, is the third apartment complex the buyer has purchased in North Carolina. River Haven Apartments was built in 2000.
ORLANDO, FLA. — 129 West Church Street LLC has purchased the former Rosie O'Grady's restaurant in downtown Orlando from a private party for $2.2 million. The buyer will turn the 11,296-square-foot property, located at 129 West Church Street, into MoJo, a New Orleans-style restaurant. Jamie Barati of Colliers International Central Florida represented the buyer.
TEMPLE HILLS, MD. — A Florida-based party has sold a 32,065-square-foot former Circuit City building to Beauty 4 U for $2.1 million. The property was built in 1991 on a 6.31-acre lot at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Hillcrest Parkway in Temple Hills. Circuit City vacated the building in January 2009. OCALA, FLA. — Four Florida Shopping Centers has sold the 110,000-square-foot Oakbrook Plaza to a private buyer for $2.77 million. The Ocala property is anchored by Winn Dixie and Family Dollar. Reichel Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
KNOXVILLE, TENN. — LGS Knox of Nashville has purchased the 129-room Quality Inn Knoxville from a private seller for an undisclosed price in an all-cash transaction. The property, located on Cedar Lane, will retain its Quality Inn brand but will undergo renovations. Amenities include an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
