ATLANTA — Display Fixture Warehouse has purchased a 157,000-square-foot warehouse from General Electric Capital for an undisclosed amount. The property is located at 4970 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta. Bradley Bays of King Industrial Realty represented the buyer. Lincoln Property Co.'s Denton Shamburger represented the landlord.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLA. — Emerson International has completed the development of Emerson Plaza II, a 64-unit luxury apartment complex in Altamonte Springs. The 12-story tower, which overlooks Cranes Roost Park, includes two rooftop penthouses. Additional features include a recreation center, a pool and spa, and a fitness center.
CARY, N.C. — Boca Raton, Fla.-based Altman Cos. has sold the 360-unit Preston's Reserve apartment complex to Atlanta-based Centennial Holding Co. for $34 million. The Cary property is situated in a growth corridor between downtown Raleigh, N.C., and the Research Triangle Park. Phil Brosseau of CB Richard Ellis' Charlotte, N.C., office and Robert Given of the firm's Miami office represented the seller in the transaction.
EAST POINT, GA. — Healthcare Trust of America has purchased an 80,562-square-foot medical office portfolio from Tenent Healthcare Corp. for $19.55 million. The properties, located on the Camp Creek Medical Center campus in East Point, were developed by Ackerman & Co. The portfolio is currently 94 percent leased. Healthcare Trust of America now owns more than 500,000 square feet of medical space in Georgia.
BATON ROUGE, LA. — Campus Apartments is working toward a fall completion of the 30,000-square-foot College Row at Northgate retail center near the Louisiana State University campus in Baton Rouge. The project, which is currently 70 percent pre-leased, is located at the intersection of Highland Road and State Street. Tenants include CVS/pharmacy, PJ's Coffee, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Shanghai Tokyo Restaurant and Pita Pit.
FLORIDA — Charleston, S.C.-based Twin Rivers Capital has sold a portfolio of five Family Dollar stores to a private buyer for $8.6 million. The stores are located throughout Northeast Florida. Twin Rivers Capital is the preferred developer of Family Dollar locations.
STERLING, VA. — Neustar has signed a 10-year lease with Bavar Properties Group to occupy its 92,000-square-foot Ridgetop III at Loudoun Tech Center building. The $18 million office property is located at 21575 Ridgetop Circle in Sterling. The tenant currently leases 45,000 square feet at the nearby Ridgetop I building and will move into the new Class A space by the end of the year. Jones Lang LaSalle's Robb Johnson represented Neustar in the lease. Neil Alt of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.
LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. — Global Experience Specialists has renewed a 199,505-square-foot least at IDI's Westfork Business Park in Lithia Springs. Gordon Benedict of Cushman & Wakefield represented GES in the transaction. Bob Tardy served as in-house represention for IDI. Also at Westfork Business Park, Bunzl Distribution Southeast LLC has signed a 228,576-square-foot lease, which includes a 76,192-square-foot expansion. BOCA RATON, FLA. — An area real estate firm has sold the 248-unit Eden Condominiums to a joint venture of Priderock Capital Partners and an investment firm managed by URDANG, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon Asset Management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Construction on the Boca Raton property, which features an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse and a pool, started in 2002 and is still unfinished. The buyers plan to complete construction by the end of 2010, converting the condominiums to apartments and renaming the property The Heritage at Boca Raton.
THE VILLAGES, FLA. — Edwards Construction Services has finished the Seabreeze Regional Recreation Center in The Villages. The property includes a 34,826-square-foot recreation building and a 2,816-square-foot pool building. Sports courts and picnic pavilions are also included on the grounds. A grand opening is scheduled for March 11.
