ORLANDO, FLA. — McKesson Medical-Surgical has renewed its lease with Orlando Warehouse Portfolio for the 216,478-square-foot warehouse at 401 Gills Drive in Orlando. The deal will keep McKesson in the property for the next 36 months. Erik Schwetje of CB Richard Ellis' Orlando office represented the landlord. The firm's Ray Romano represented the tenant.

ATLANTA — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured an $18.8 million loan for the 201-unit Campus Crossings at Briarcilff property in Atlanta. The student housing development serves students at nearby Emory University. Fannie Mae funded the loan, which is an advance from a $200 million credit facility KeyBank closed in January 2008.
HUNTSVILLE, ALA. — Sam Berns of NorthMarq Capital's Rochester, N.Y., office has arranged a $16.47 million loan for a Huntsville apartment complex. AmeriSphere Mortgage Finance funded the loan for the 204-unit Main Street Apartments. The 35-year loan carries a 4.95 percent interest rate and a 35-year amortization.
LEXINGTON, S.C. — An undisclosed party has borrowed $14.5 million for the 204-unit Overlook at Golden Hills Apartments in Lexington. The Fannie Mae DUS loan carries a 5.82 percent interest rate during its 10-year term. A 30-year amortization schedule is also included in the loan. Ronen Abergel of Arbor Commercial Funding arranged the financing.
ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. — Upper Saddle River, N.J.-based Hunter Douglas Fabrication Co. has sold a 131,800-square-foot warehouse to Oettinger Davidoff Group for $7.15 million. The buyer will use the property, which is located on 5.5 acres at 3001 Gateway Center Parkway in St. Petersburg, as its new U.S. headquarters. Paula Clair Smith of St. Petersburg-based Osprey Real Estate Services represented the seller.

MORRISVILLE, N.C. — Jeff Frankel and Charlie Robinson of NorthMarq Capital have arranged a $19.17 million mortgage for the Legends at Preston apartment complex. The Morrisville property houses 382 units. AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance funded the 5-year loan. The loan carries a 2-year interest-only period and a 30-year amortization.
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Eola Capital has sold the 60,176-square-foot Southpoint Building to David Gonzales Co. for $1.8 million. The six-story office property is located at 6620 S. Southpoint Drive in Jacksonville. Karl Johnston of Cushman & Wakefield's Jacksonville office represented the seller.
HOLLYWOOD, FLA. — Ryan Nee of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office has brokered the $1.81 million sale of a 12-warehouse portfolio between two private parties. The buildings, located on seven parcels just north of Pembroke Road in Hollywood, total 44,400 square feet. The properties are currently 90 percent occupied.
KENNESAW, GA. — Seven tenants have leased more than 150,000 square feet of office space at TownPark Commons, a Class A property located off Chastain Road in Kennesaw. The leases, which were secured by Daniel Corp., represent 45 percent of the space within the four-story building. ENERCON Services, represented by Transwestern's Greg Baxendale, has signed a 77,000-square-foot lease extension and expansion. INVISTA, represented by Jim Simpson of Grubb & Ellis, renewed a 50,000-square-foot lease. AVS Underwriting leased 15,000 square feet; Andy Lechter and Josh Gnatt of Studley represented the tenant. Finally, Real Estate Mortgage Network, represented by Kirk Anders and Travis Garland, leased 10,000 square feet, and Citadel Professional Services leased 2,200 square feet.
