Located at 12630 Veirs Rd. in Rockville, the complex spans 774,061 square feet. Apartment amenities include a pool, two playgrounds, an adult education center and a youth center. The 35-year loan, which was financed using the HUD 223(f) program, comes with a 6.2 percent fixed interest rate.

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Tilt-Con Corp. of Orlando, Fla., has completed Jacksonville, Fla.-based The Stellar Group’s 55,177-square-foot Ring Power-Pompano flex space facility. The two-story building is located at 2631 S.W. 18th Terrace in Pompano Beach. The Stellar Group designed the property, and Tilt-Con provided construction services including tilt-up concrete wall panels, elevated decks and slab-on grade.
MIAMI — Jason Goldfarb of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office has brokered a Weston, Fla.-based company’s sale of a 20-unit apartment building to a Miami buyer for $1.11 million. The building is located at 500-510 S.W. 3rd St. in Miami. The three-building property spans 15,000 square feet of land.
DECATUR, GA. — Equity Residential has sold the 228-unit Woodland Hills apartment complex to Resource Real Estate for an undisclosed amount. Located at 3471 N. Druid Hills Rd. in Decatur, the property features a swimming pool and tennis courts. Woodland Hills is currently 95 percent leased. FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — Miami-based Carlisle Development Group and Fort Lauderdale’s housing authority have completed the first two phases of the 250-unit Dixie Court Apartments, a $41 million affordable housing community. The developers have also broken ground on the final phase. The first phases, located at 950 N.W. 4th St. in Fort Lauderdale, encompass 154 apartments; the third phase, which is located at 325 W. Dixie Court, will add the rest of the units late this year. Each unit includes environmentally friendly appliances and fixtures, and the property features a computer lab with wireless internet, a library and a financial counseling and job training center. The development targets low-income and senior residents.
COLUMBIA, MD. — Linemark Printing has purchased a 91,000-square-foot warehouse from a Montgomery County, Md.-based private investor for $5.5 million. The property was constructed in 1982 and is located at 501 Prince George’s Blvd. in Columbia. The building includes 10,000 square feet of office space, five dock door ports and 24-foot ceiling heights. Towson, Md.-based NAI KLNB’s Chris Kubler and Alan Coppola represented the seller. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.
GAITHERSBURG, MD. — The Montgomery County Board of Elections has signed a lease with Seneca Center II LLC for 54,109 square feet of office space in a 90,000-square-foot warehouse. The board signed a 10-year lease in the building, which is currently under construction at 18753 N. Frederick Ave. in Gaithersburg. The new tenant plans to move into the space in April. Bill Quay, Tom Truxillo and Ro Waldron of McShea & Co.’s Montgomery County, Md., office represented the landlord.
COLUMBIA, MD. — TSC/Old Annapolis Road has purchased a 16,500-square-foot retail and office building from TIVIA for $2.97 million. The property, which is located at the intersection of Bendix Road and Md. Route 108, was built in 1972. The building is anchored by Bank of America and features second-floor office space, which is fully leased. NAI KLNB’s Gil Neuman and Chris Kubler represented the seller, and the firm’s Robert Smith represented the buyer.
ATLANTA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a Burger King between two undisclosed companies for $1.14 million. The net-leased property is located in Atlanta. Joshua Luchs and Jonathan Weiss of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino, Calif., office represented the buyer, a limited liability company.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — ProLogis has leased more then 280,000 square feet in three of its Charlotte industrial properties. At the Ridge Creek Distribution Center, located at the intersection of Interstates 77 and 485, Anna’s Linens has leased 112,000 square feet. At the West Pointe Business Center, located at the intersection of Interstates 85 and 485, CEVA Logistics has leased 84,700 square feet of space, and PSS World Medical has leased 65,100 square feet of space. Murray Supply Co. has signed a 21,400-square-foot lease for space at the Charlotte Distribution Center, located at the intersection of Interstates 77 and 85. Further details about the leases were not disclosed.
