MACON, GA. — HD Supply Plumbing f/k/a Hughes Plumbing & Supply LTD has sold its plumbing materials warehouse to Macon Area Habitat for Humanity for an undisclosed amount. The 53,686-square-foot property is located on 4.5 acres at 690 Holt Ave. in Macon. Art Barry of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry in Macon and Rick Vaughn of the Atlanta office of Colliers Spectrum represented the seller.

NORTH CAROLINA — NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. has sold 18 senior housing facilities to a N.C.-based private investment group for $95 million. The properties are all located in North Carolina. NorthStar will receive approximately $36 million in cash and $56 million in mortgage debt and accrued interest. The price tag is an $11 million premium to NorthStar's undepreciated cost basis.

CHESAPEAKE, VA. — Kings Pointe Associates has purchased 39.16 acres of land from James & Venice King LLC for the construction of two luxury condominium developments. The land is located on Gum Road in Chesapeake. Kings Pointe South will house units totaling 1,300 square feet and larger, and Kings Pointe North will start its unit size at 1,700 square feet. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. brokered the sale.

HERNDON, VA. — General Electric Credit Equities has sold the 193,000-square-foot Monument III office building to MRP Realty and Angelo, Gordon & Co. for an undisclosed price. The seven-story, Class A property is located at 12930 Worldgate Drive in Herndon. Completed in 2007, the building is 94 percent leased to ITT, DRS Technical Services, Turner Construction and IHP Capital Partners, among others. The buyer was represented by Washington, D.C.-based Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. — Restaurant Depot has purchased an 89,000-square-foot building formerly occupied by Value City Department Store for $6 million. The property, which is located at 5112 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, will serve as a new Restaurant Depot location when the tenant moves in during the third quarter of next year. The company will invest $3 million in the property and hire 38 employees. Restaurant Depot will open five additional stores throughout the country next year.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — RCG-Northway has sold the 79,413-square-foot North Columbia Square shopping center to CRP II North Columbia Square for $4.6 million. Located at 5110 Fairfield Road in Columbia, the Food Lion-anchored property is 95 percent occupied. Additional center tenants include Rent-A-Center, Family Dollar, Rainbow Fashions and Shoe Time. Tim Giambrone of Marcus & Millichap's Atlanta office represented the seller.
