VIRGINIA — Morgan Property Group of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has opened two Walgreens stores in Virginia. The first store is located at the intersection of Boulevard and Dupuy roads in Colonial Heights, and the Manassas store is located at the intersection of Sudley Road and Sudley Manor Drive. Both free-standing properties contain drive-thru windows.

BOYNTON BEACH, FLA. — Orlando, Fla.-based Keene Construction Co. has started work on Ram Realty Services’ 13,272-square-foot Valencia Commons office building in Boynton Beach. The two-story property is located at the intersection of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Hagen Ranch Road. Miami Lakes, Fla.-based Design Tech International provided architectural services. Delivery is expected in January.

LAKE MARY, FLA. — Greenwood Properties has acquired a 58,910-square-foot industrial property from Roosevelt and Zsuzsa Rastegar for $3.41 million. The property is located at 650 Technology Park in Lake Mary. Robin Kesler of RE/MAX represented Greenwood Properties; David Murphy and Erik Schwetje of CB Richard Ellis’ Orlando, Fla., office represented the seller.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Virginia-based developer Johnson Winston has sold a 7,000-square-foot retail building to California-based Margate Plaza for $3 million as part of a 1031 exchange. The building, spread across 1.07 acres in Winston-Salem, houses the tenants Verizon Wireless and Krispy Kreme. GP Real Estate’s Fred Galison represented the buyer, and Johnson Winston was represented by Mac McCall of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office.

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Hilton has opened a 221-unit hotel complex in downtown Jacksonville. Located at 1201 Kings Ave., the eight-story property consists of a Hilton Garden Inn and a Homewood Suites by Hilton. Amenities in the joint hotel include an oversized pool, a whirlpool and a fitness center, while the Hilton Garden Inn features 1,266 square feet of meeting space and wireless Internet access. The property is one of the first dual-brand Hilton hotels in the country.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Triad Warehouse Solutions has signed a lease with M. David Properties for 106,065 square feet of warehouse space in conjunction with a buyout of the property’s previous tenant. The space is located in the SilverLake IV building in Charlotte. Charlotte-based Piedmont Properties’ Lester Osborn and Scott Hensley represented Triad. Pete Pittroff and Brad Cherry of the local firm Keystone Partners represented the landlord, and Lane Holbert of Charlotte-based Colliers Pinkard represented Amsino International.
