SANDY SPRINGS AND DECATUR, GA. — Atlanta-based Apartment Realty Advisors recently represented the Centerville, Ohio-based Connor Group in two multifamily sales totaling $47 million. The 29.89-acre, 270-unit Glen Lake complex, located at 6901 Glenlake Pkwy. in Sandy Springs, has sold to West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Ceebraid-Signal Corp. Atlanta-based A. Porter Lummus bought the 4.13-acre, 120-unit Orleans at Decatur, located at 2676 Milscott Dr. in Decatur. The two properties are 92 percent and 98 percent occupied, respectively.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —Litchin Corp. recently sold the 215,226-square-foot, three-building office park Prosperity Place, located at 10130, 10150 and 10200 Mallard Creek Rd. in Charlotte, to Lancaster, Pa.-based High Associates for $25.6 million. Ryan Clutter, Patrick Gildea and Adam Basch of CB Richard Ellis’ Charlotte office represented the seller.
DUBLIN, GA. — Mac McCall of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office represented both parties in East Dublin Associates’ sale of the 35,794-square-foot Market Square Shopping Center in Dublin to Georgia-based Sea 103, LLC, for $1.15 million. The center, which is anchored by Southern Family Markets, has 6,000 square feet of vacant space.
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. — Aventura, Fla.-based Sara CCMC Holdings has sold a 7,190-square-foot medical office building, located at 4475 Medical Center Way in West Palm Beach, to the local firm PBD&P for $1.17 million. Robert Smith and Warren Sears of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. The buyer plans to turn the space into a dermatology practice.
HOLLYWOOD, FLA. — Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Stiles Construction recently completed a three-phase, 151,341-square-foot oceanfront redevelopment project for the City of Hollywood, located at Garfield Street midway between Hollywood Boulevard and Sheridan Street. The project includes a 148,000-square foot parking garage and the 3,341-square-foot Garfield Community Center. An additional part of the development, Charnow Park, features four beachfront pavilions and an interactive fountain.
NEWNAN, GA. — Coweta Summit Associates recently sold the three-story, 67,333-square-foot medical office building Summit Healthplex, located at 1755 Highway 34 East in Newnan, to an undisclosed buyer for $26 million. Tenants include Georgia Bone & Joint, Georgia Rehabilitation Center and Meriwether County Hospital Authority. Atlanta-based Bull Realty’s Paul Zeman brokered the property for the seller.
BIRMINGHAM, ALA. — Needham, Mass.-based Potomac Realty Capital recently arranged a $31 million, 7-year loan for a 507-unit apartment complex in Birmingham. The loan, converted from an acquisition bridge loan, is structured as a Freddie Mac first mortgage.
ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. — Camille Renshaw of Colliers Arnold’s Clearwater, Fla., office represented the local firm Foresight Technologies in its sale of a 17,712-square-foot office building, located at 695 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg, to Cortland Realty Partners I for $3.25 million. The buyer was represented by Natalie Feldman of Tampa, Fla.-based Eisner, Feldman & Grant.
GAINESVILLE, FLA. — Brett Chetek and Jonathan Brackman of Marcus & Millichap’s Jacksonville, Fla., office brokered Northwood Shoppes’ sale of the 15,293-square-foot Shoppes of Northwood, located at 5000 NW 34th St. in Gainesville, to Alachua, Fla.-based Dalvar for $2.2 million. Chetek and Brackman also represented the buyer.
ATLANTA — Roswell-based designer Randall-Paulson Architects has recently completed the 109,845-square-foot Building 100, the first phase of the 327,000-square-foot industrial project, Hartsfield East, located on Wilson Road near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Building 100 is 80 percent leased to global integrated logistics manager UTi. Construction on the 108,475-square-foot Building 200 will commence in the fall with the 109,000-square-foot Building 300 to follow.
