DALLAS — Charlotte, N.C.-based Bell Partners has sold the 180-unit Bell Carlyle, an apartment community located in Dallas near Southern Methodist University. Lincoln Property Co. purchased the community, which includes a pool pavilion with a sundeck, private cabanas, a 24/7 fitness center and a clubhouse.

BULVERDE — Linsalata Realty Services has arranged the sale of Hill Country Square, a 7,346-square-foot retail/office center located at 28150 N. U.S. Highway in Bulverde, just north of San Antonio. The center is 87 percent occupied. Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty Services represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, San Antonio-based T-N-T Interests LLC, was self-represented.
WINNIE — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 65-room Econo Lodge Winnie/Beaumont, a hotel located at 46318 Interstate 10 E. in Winnie. The hotel's list price was $1.7 million. Michael Yu, Rahul Bijlani and Eric Guerrero of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer, both private investors, in the transaction.
COPPELL — Stream Realty Partners has renewed its lease for 100,808 square feet of industrial space at 555 Airline Drive in Coppell. Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty represented the landlord, IndCor, in the lease transaction. Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Rediform.
KATY — World Market will open a new 15,400-square-foot store in the Grand Lakes Marketplace, located at 6625 S. Fry Road in Katy. Cost Plus World Market, the operator of World Market, has 263 stores in 30 states under the World Market and Cost Plus World Market trademarks.
FORT WORTH — McCarthy Building Cos. has finished the $47 million Fort Worth Westside Water Treatment Plant, which includes an operations building, filter complex, wash water recovery basins, recycle pump station, 2.5 million-gallon ground storage tank, high-service pump station, ozone chemical building and an electrical building. The plant has an initial treatment capacity of 12 million gallons water per day and is expandable to meet the future needs of the area.
AUSTIN — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has arranged the sale of The Remington, a 344-unit, resort-style multifamily community in Austin. The community features controlled access gates, a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, Internet cafe, coffee bar, swimming pool with cabanas and attached garages. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Scott Lamontagne of IPA represented the seller, Koontz McCombs, in the transaction. The buyer is a private investor based in the Pacific Northwest.
SAN ANTONIO — Greenwood Hospitality Group has acquired the 322-unit Sheraton Gunter Hotel, located in downtown San Antonio adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk. The property features 23,000 square feet of meeting/conference room space, Barron's Restaurant and the Gunter Bakery.
HOUSTON — Stream Realty Partners has secured Multiphase Solutions Kenny's lease expansion at Park Ten Plaza, a 155,789-square foot office building at 15115 Park Row in Houston's Energy Corridor. The tenant has expanded its lease by 15,985 square feet to now occupy 43,291 square feet. Brad Fricks of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, 10 Park Row Office Corp., in the lease transaction.
PLANO — Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co., a kitchen equipment supplier based in Mobile, Ala., has leased 23,979 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1701 E. Plano Parkway in Plano.
