ARLINGTON AND SUNNYVALE — Dallas-based Caddis Partners has sold two medical office buildings — The Texas Medical Clinic at Arlington in Arlington and Sunnyvale Medical Plaza in Sunnyvale — to an affiliate of American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust. Caddis Partners will continue to manage the properties. The Texas Medical Clinic at Arlington is 66,819 square feet and features space for 40 physicians. The property features an on-site lab, a sleep lab, a conference room and a women's center with diagnostic imaging. The medical office building was developed by Caddis Partners in 2010. Sunnyvale Medical Plaza is 48,910 square feet on the campus of the Texas Regional Medical Center at Sunnyvale. The 70-bed hospital was developed by Caddis Partners in 2009.

MANSFIELD — Venture Commercial has arranged the sale of a 21-acre land parcel, located at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 287 and Broad Street in Mansfield. Kohl's and Quik Trip are currently located on the site. Chris Booras, David Davidson, Edward Bogel and John Zikos of Venture Commercial represented the buyer, Dallas-based 42 Real Estate LLC, in the transaction. Dusty Renfro of Gridiron Capital represented the seller.

HOUSTON — Sonesta International Hotels Corp. will manage the 93-room Staybridge Suites Houston Galleria, located at 5190 Hidalgo St. in Houston's Galleria area, starting August 13. Sonesta will rebrand the hotel as the Sonesta ES Suites Houston. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, season grill, guest laundry and 24-hour business center.

DALLAS — NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $21.13 million construction/permanent loan and $10.24 million in joint venture financing for the 192-unit 3003 Carlisle Apartments, located in Dallas' Uptown district. William Jackson of NorthMarq's Dallas office arranged the loans through a regional commercial bank and a correspondent life insurance company.

THE WOODLANDS — The Lionstone Group has repurchased the Waterway Plaza I & II office buildings, two Class A properties located in The Woodlands totaling 366,000 square feet. The company owned the buildings from 2003 to 2005. The Lionstone Group purchased the properties through CFRE Partners One, a $252 million investment vehicle. Trent Agnew, Robert Williamson and Jeff Hollinden of HFF represented the seller, Daymark, in the transaction. Eric Anderson of Transwestern is handling the leasing for the properties.
