FORT WORTH — McCarthy Building Cos. has finished the $47 million Fort Worth Westside Water Treatment Plant, which includes an operations building, filter complex, wash water recovery basins, recycle pump station, 2.5 million-gallon ground storage tank, high-service pump station, ozone chemical building and an electrical building. The plant has an initial treatment capacity of 12 million gallons water per day and is expandable to meet the future needs of the area.

AUSTIN — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has arranged the sale of The Remington, a 344-unit, resort-style multifamily community in Austin. The community features controlled access gates, a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, Internet cafe, coffee bar, swimming pool with cabanas and attached garages. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Scott Lamontagne of IPA represented the seller, Koontz McCombs, in the transaction. The buyer is a private investor based in the Pacific Northwest.

HOUSTON — Stream Realty Partners has secured Multiphase Solutions Kenny's lease expansion at Park Ten Plaza, a 155,789-square foot office building at 15115 Park Row in Houston's Energy Corridor. The tenant has expanded its lease by 15,985 square feet to now occupy 43,291 square feet. Brad Fricks of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, 10 Park Row Office Corp., in the lease transaction.

PLANO — Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co., a kitchen equipment supplier based in Mobile, Ala., has leased 23,979 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1701 E. Plano Parkway in Plano. Michael Grant and Susan Singer of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Illinois-based International Airport Centers, in the transaction. Greg Blandford of Position Property Group represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — ARA has arranged the sale of the 224-unit Silver Leaf, a Class B apartment complex located in Houston's Sharpstown/Westwood submarket. David Wylie, Zach Springer, Russell Jones and Matt Saunders of ARA represented the seller, Philadelphia-based Resource Real Estate, in the transaction. Brooklyn-based Besyata Investment Group is the buyer. The apartment community was built in 1977 and refurbished in 2001. The property is 95 percent occupied.

HOUSTON — NorthMarq Capital has secured $3.8 million in first mortgage refinancing for the 176-unit Villa Ana Apartments, located at 10101 W. Sam Houston Parkway in Houston. John Burke and Chad Owens of NorthMarq's Houston office arranged the 10-year loan on a 25-year amortization schedule through AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance on behalf of the borrower, The CONTI Organization.

HOUSTON — Hunington Properties has arranged the sale of the 10,484-square-foot Crossroads Retail Center, located near the intersection of Highway 290 and FM 1960 in Houston. The property is fully leased to mostly national tenants. Todd Carlson and Larry Riklin of Hunington Properties represented the buyer, a local nonprofit organization, in the transaction. The buyer plans to assume management and leasing duties for the property.

CORPUS CHRISTI — TP Ayers Street Self Storage, Ltd. has purchased the 803-unit AAA Storage Ayers, a 124,908-square-foot self-storage facility located at 5560 Ayers St. in Corpus Christi. Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty Services represented the seller in the transaction. Tracy Taylor of Watson and Taylor represented the buyer, which is planning to upgrade the facility and improve operations.
