MURPHY — Dallas-based Caddis Partners and the McFarlin Group are developing the 78-unit Orchard Park of Murphy, a 90-bed assisted living facility located at the southeast corner of FM 544 and Brand Road in Murphy. The project is funded by Love Funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development's 232 LEAN program. Good Neighbor Care will manage the day-to-day operations, Galier/Tolson/French is the project's architect and Weis Builders' Dallas branch is providing general contracting services. Construction is currently under way and completion is slated for the summer of 2012.

FLOWER MOUND — MedProperties Holdings has made an equity investment in the 42,000-square-foot Flower Mound Health Plaza, a medical center being developed on a 5-acre site located at FM 2499 and Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound. Caddis Partners is developing the property, which will begin construction this month and is slated for a December 2012 completion. Caddis has also made an equity investment in the property, along with several physician tenants.

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 138-unit Diamond Loch, an apartment community located at 6100 Glenview Dr. in North Richland Hills. Bard Hoover and Nick Fluellen of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented the seller, a local limited liability company, and procured the buyer, a Dallas-based investor, in the transaction. Brian Adams of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.'s Dallas office arranged a 10-year Fannie Mae loan with a 30-year amortization schedule for the property.

JUSTIN — SkyWalker Property Partners has purchased a 43,259-square-foot, six-building industrial complex, located at 9534 Industrial Rd. in Justin, from Valliance Bank. Renee Efimoff of Arlington-based SCM Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction. Michelle Hudson of Dallas-based Hudson Peters Commercial represented the seller. Jeff Givens and Todd Hawpe of Transwestern Dallas have been retained to market the property.

CONROE — Dyer Holdings has purchased a 15-acre land tract in Conroe Industrial Park, located at 3105 Pollok Dr. in Conroe, and construction has commenced on a 65,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility at the site. John Ferruzzo, Chris Kugle and Dustin Gillioz of NAI Houston represented the buyer on the land purchase from the City of Conroe. Ferruzzo, Kugle and Gillioz also represented the buyer in the construction contract with Seattle-based KDW, the developer.

ADDISON — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of the approximately 50,000-square-foot Midway Office Park, an office property located at 14665 Midway Rd. in Addison. Ron Hebert of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented the seller, a financial institution, in the transaction. Midway Office Park is the corporate headquarters for Mattress Giant.

SAN ANTONIO — Boston-based UC Funding has structured and funded a $6.8 million bridge loan on the 211-unit Park at Colonnade and the 92-unit Calypso Apartment Homes, both garden-style apartment complexes located in San Antonio. Proceeds from the loan were used to acquire the property and provide the borrower with capital for improvements.

GARLAND — Frank & Frank have leased 75,229 square feet of warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building II, located at 4009 Distribution Dr. in Garland. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Dallas office represented the landlord, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, in the lease transaction. Adam Curran of Irving-based Mercer Co. represented the tenant.
