PORT ARTHUR — An east Texas-based individual investor has purchased a 33,134-square-foot property 100 percent leased to Family Dollar Stores, located at 230 Gilham Circle in Port Arthur, from Weingarten Realty Investors. Hunter Jaggard of Stan Johnson Co.'s Houston office represented the seller in the transaction.

LEWISVILLE — Caliber Collision Centers is slated to move its corporate headquarters from California to 401 E. Corporate Dr. in Lewisville in mid-November. The company leased 16,397 square feet of office space from the landlord, GL Corporate Pointe. Andrew Taguwa of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the tenant, and Buddy Tompkins of CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners' Dallas office represented the landlord.
PASADENA AND AMARILLO — LTC Properties has recently acquired a 196-bed skilled-nursing facility, located in Pasadena, for $15.5 million in a sale-lease back transaction. LTC has also purchased a vacant parcel of land in Amarillo for $844,000 for the construction of a 120-bed skilled-nursing facility. The new skilled-nursing facility is slated for completion in mid to late 2012.
HOUSTON — CBRE has brokered three leases totaling 20,751 square feet at the 22-story Capital One Plaza, a Class A office tower located at 5718 Westheimer in Houston. Daw & Ray renewed a 11,617-square-foot lease; Mutual Money Investments leased 7,403 square feet; and Orr Financial Group leased 1,731 square feet. Dave Hanusa and Cody Armbrister of CBRE's Houston office represented the landlord, UBS Realty Investors, in all three transactions. Lispah Hogan of Newmark Knight Frank's Houston office represented Daw & Ray in its lease negotiations.
FRISCO — Six tenants have signed new leases totaling approximately 15,000 square feet at Hall Office Park, located at 6801 Gaylord Pkwy. in Frisco. National Envelope has expanded its lease by 3,573 square feet; Viamedia has expanded its lease to 3,935 square feet; Bismarck Real Estate Partners has renewed its 3,452-square-foot lease; Tensar International Corp. has leased 1,593 square feet; Norandex Building Materials Distribution has renewed its 1,326-square-foot lease; and Integrated Scientific Systems has renewed its 925-square-foot lease. Frisco-based Hall Financial Group owns the office park and was self-represented by Kim Butler, Tammy Lomonaco and Brad Gibson.
GRAND PRAIRE — Johnson Capital has arranged a $21.65 million loan for the 350-unit Lakeside Villas, located on Riverside Drive in Grand Prairie. Dave Susank of Johnson Capital's Phoenix office arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through Fannie Mae.
FORT WORTH — Bright Realty has arranged the sale of a 17,150-square-foot retail center, located at 5750 W. Vickery at Bryant Irvin Blvd. in Fort Worth. Tony Albanese and Kerry Assa of Bright Realty brokered the REO sale of the partially built retail center.
SHERMAN — Philadelphia-based Binswanger has been named the exclusive agent for the sale of a 693,404-square-foot silicon wafer manufacturing building, located on a 78.5 acre lot at 6800 U.S. Hwy. 75 in Sherman. The property features an EPDM membrane roof, brick veneer walls and 175,028 square feet of office space.
CARROLLTON — Dallas-based CONTI Organization has purchased the 256-unit Parkside Village, a multifamily property located at 3022 N. Josey Ln. in Carrollton, for $11 million. CONTI is planning a $2 million renovation of the property's office, clubhouse and apartment units. Parkside Village was 89 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Michael Lewis and Andrew Porteous of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the seller, while Carlos Vaz and Stewart Hsu of CONTI handled the transaction in house.
GRAPEVINE — SkyWalker Property Partners has acquired the 58,860-square-foot Grapevine I and II, located at 3500 and 3600 William D. Tate Ave. in Grapevine, from CWCapital. The office complex is currently 48.8 percent leased. Renee Efimoff of SCM Real Estate Services' Arlington office represented the buyer, and Barney McAuley of Tricom Real Estate Group's Dallas office represented the seller.
