GRAND PRAIRE — Johnson Capital has arranged a $21.65 million loan for the 350-unit Lakeside Villas, located on Riverside Drive in Grand Prairie. Dave Susank of Johnson Capital's Phoenix office arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through Fannie Mae.

FORT WORTH — Bright Realty has arranged the sale of a 17,150-square-foot retail center, located at 5750 W. Vickery at Bryant Irvin Blvd. in Fort Worth. Tony Albanese and Kerry Assa of Bright Realty brokered the REO sale of the partially built retail center.
SHERMAN — Philadelphia-based Binswanger has been named the exclusive agent for the sale of a 693,404-square-foot silicon wafer manufacturing building, located on a 78.5 acre lot at 6800 U.S. Hwy. 75 in Sherman. The property features an EPDM membrane roof, brick veneer walls and 175,028 square feet of office space.
CARROLLTON — Dallas-based CONTI Organization has purchased the 256-unit Parkside Village, a multifamily property located at 3022 N. Josey Ln. in Carrollton, for $11 million. CONTI is planning a $2 million renovation of the property's office, clubhouse and apartment units. Parkside Village was 89 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Michael Lewis and Andrew Porteous of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the seller, while Carlos Vaz and Stewart Hsu of CONTI handled the transaction in house.
GRAPEVINE — SkyWalker Property Partners has acquired the 58,860-square-foot Grapevine I and II, located at 3500 and 3600 William D. Tate Ave. in Grapevine, from CWCapital. The office complex is currently 48.8 percent leased. Renee Efimoff of SCM Real Estate Services' Arlington office represented the buyer, and Barney McAuley of Tricom Real Estate Group's Dallas office represented the seller.
WICHITA FALLS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of the 88-unit The Timbers Apartments, a distressed property located at 500 Fillmore St. in Wichita Falls. Mason Green and Boyan Radic of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office represented both the buyer, a San Diego, Calif.-based limited partnership, and the seller, the original developer's family.
SUGAR LAND — NorthMarq Capital has arranged $1.2 million in first mortgage financing for the 3,745-square-foot Taco Cabana, located at 16770 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land. Bart Dickinson of NorthMarq's Dallas office arranged the financing based on a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization schedule through StanCorp Mortgage Investors.
DALLAS — UCR Commercial Realty has arranged the sale of the 205,812-square-foot Caruth Plaza, a specialty retail center located at the corner of U.S. Highway 75 and Park Lane in Dallas. Caruth Plaza is 96 percent leased to tenants such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, TJ Maxx and AT&T. David Disney and Adam Howells of UCR's Dallas office represented the seller, Dunhill Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of North American Development Group.
AUSTIN — Southern Cross Construction has broken ground on 302-unit RiverView, an upscale apartment community that sits on a waterfront site by Lady Bird Lake in Austin. The 280,000-square-foot community will feature amenities such as a fitness center, business center, pool, resident lounge and a landscaped courtyard. BOKA Powell designed the development to LEED Silver certification standards. Dallas-based CDK Realty Advisors provided construction financing for the project, and The Whitworth Company is providing project management services.
HOUSTON — American Realty Capital Trust has acquired two Advance Auto Part Stores in Houston for $3.1 million. The two properties are fully leased to Advance Stores Co. and total 13,471 square feet.
