The 326-unit property is located on 5 acres at 2424 Sawyer Heights St. The Freddie Mac loan carries a 10-year, fixed-rate term. HFF's Scott Galloway, Matthew Kafka and Robert Wooten arranged the loan.

Tenants recently added to The Shops at Starwood include Pappagallo's Classique, Pierce Hardware and Ginny's Underworld. Real Street Properties and SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the Tupinamba's lease.

PLANO, TEXAS — KBS REIT II has purchased a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 283,559 square feet from a private seller for an undisclosed amount. The space is located in the E, F and G buildings of the Plano Business Park in Plano. IDI developed the properties, which are 94 percent leased to seven tenants, in 2001. KBS Realty Advisors represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis' Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor represented the seller.
HOUSTON — Henry S. Miller Brokerage will launch its Northwest Houston Brokerage Division April 1. Retail brokerage will be combined with the property management division, which currently oversees 2 million square feet of projects, in the same office. The addition of NorthMarq, which is a Freddie Mac servicer and works with Fannie Mae and AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, means The Apartment Group will be able to better serve customers. NorthMarq's Texas offices are located in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio; The Apartment Group is based in Austin, Texas, and Dallas. The Apartment Group has closed more than $3 billion in multifamily transactions since it was founded in 1991.
