HOUSTON — Sysco has acquired a 699,101-square-foot warehouse formerly occupied by Hewlett Packard from a private party for an undisclosed price. The property is located on 105 acres at 24500 Northwest Freeway in Houston. Sysco will move into the property, which will include a call center and offices for administrative staff, at the end of the year. J. Holmes Davis of Binswanger brokered the sale.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — LG Electronics has leased 66,433 square feet of warehouse space at Hillwood's Commerce Center 4 property in the Alliance Global Logistics Hub. The tenant now leases the entire 165,402-square-foot property, which is located at 2153 Eagle Parkway in Fort Worth. LG first moved to the building in 2005. CB Richard Ellis' Seth Kelly and Ryan Keiser represented the tenant. Steve Aldrich represented Hillwood internally.

SAN ANTONIO — A partnership between Urdang Value-Added Fund and Griffin Partners has sold two office buildings totaling 325,000 square feet to Segundo Navarro Office for an undisclosed price. The 194,399-square-foot Union Square I and the 131,186-square-foot Union Square II are located near the airport in San Antonio. The buildings have a combined occupancy of close to 95 percent. CB Richard Ellis' Todd Mills represented the sellers.

HOUSTON — Cadence McShane Construction Co. has completed 326,000 square feet of renovations and 30,000 square feet of new construction at Weingarten Realty Investors' ClayPoint 4 warehouse. The property is located in the 40-acre ClayPoint Distribution Park at the intersection of Clay and Hollister roads in Houston. Seeberger + Associates designed the project.

SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS — Timarron Venture of Dallas has acquired the 36,284-square-foot Village at Timarron shopping center from a private party for an undisclosed price. The property is located at the intersection of Southlake Boulevard and Byron Nelson Parkway in Southlake. Tenants at the center include Frost Bank, Spa D'Aroma, Studio A, Hexter Fair Title Co. and Duncan Cleaners. JC Burciaga of The Weitzman Group brokered the sale.

HARLINGEN, TEXAS — Bass Pro Shops is planning to open a new store, which will span between 130,000 and 150,000 square feet, in Harlingen during the second or third quarter of 2011. The property will serve as an anchor for the Cameron Crossing shopping center, which will be located at the intersection of U.S. Expressways 83 and 77. The Harlingen City Commission, the Harlingen Economic Development Corp. and Cameron Crossing's developers worked for more than 2 years to bring Bass Pro Shops to the project.

MISSOURI CITY, TEXAS — The LaSalle Group will break ground May 12 on the Autumn Leaves at Riverstone assisted living facility. Located at 20313 S. University Blvd. in Missouri City, the property will focus on caring for patients stricken by Alzheimer's and other diseases that impair memory. Constant Care Management Co. will oversee day-to-day operations of the property once construction is completed.
