Located at 1201 Cantrell Sansom in Fort Worth, the property sits on 5.46 acres. Marla Yost of Keller Williams represented the buyer in the transaction. NAI Huff Partners' Walter Floyd and Robert Sawyer represented the seller.

AMARILLO, TEXAS — Two undisclosed parties have traded a 9,014-square-foot Dollar General for $1.05 million. The property, located at 4308 Washington St. in Amarillo, is triple-net leased to the tenant. Andy Gallas, Gino Lollio and William Bennett of Marcus & Millichap's Chicago office represented the seller in the transaction. The firm's Timothy Speck also helped close the deal.
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS — Natura World, a pillow and bedding manufacturer, will open its new U.S. headquarters in Wichita Falls, a $24.9 million capital investment that will create 400 jobs. The property will be the company's only location in the United States. The state of Texas invested $1.5 million in the project through a Texas Enterprise Fund grant.
ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Tarrant County Hospital District has renewed a 10,500-square-foot lease at JPS Health Center Ð Central Arlington. The property, located at 501 W. Main St., was opened in 2005. Tenants in the building offer pediatric, behavioral health and family medicine services. Gary Walker and Renee Guy-Efimoff of SCM Real Estate Services represented the undisclosed landlord. Grapevine's Richard E. Hill represented Tarrant County Hospital District in the transaction.
DALLAS — Circuit Co. has signed a 13,111-square-foot lease with an undisclosed landlord at 1380 Presidential Drive in Richardson. Emily Candee and Henry Knapek of Transwestern represented the tenant. Lee & Associates' Adam Strittmatter and Nathan Denton represented the landlord.
TEXAS — InterContinental Hotels will have opened 13 new Candlewood Suites properties in Texas by the mid-mark of 2010. This will increase the company's Texas holdings to 50 properties. Candlewood Suites locations have already opened in San Antonio, Austin and the Houston metro area. Two more will open in Houston in the coming months, and another San Antonio property is being built. Texas locations are also planned for Abilene, Fort Stockton, Fort Worth and Temple.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 16-unit Austin property between two private parties. The 6,180-square-foot property is located at 500 Elmwood Place. Kent Myers of Marcus & Millichap's Austin office brokered the sale.

HOUSTON — Beacon Investment has purchased the 130,822-square-foot Timberway II office building from PS Business Parks for an undisclosed price. The building is located on a 4.5-acre site at 15995 N. Barkers Landing in Houston's energy corridor. Dan Miller, Martin Hogan and Trent Agnew of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller. Susan Hill of HFF worked with the borrower, BRI 1826 Timberway, to secure acquisition financing.
HOUSTON — Cadence McShane Construction Co. has completed upgrades and renovations to the 378,150-square-foot Willowridge High School for the Fort Bend Independent School District. Cadence McShane also built an additional 1,950 square feet of new space. The 30-year-old property is located at 16301 Chimney Rock in Houston. Renovations included work on the 1,000-seat auditorium, two gyms, four science labs, and band and dance facilities. A $428 million bond referendum funded the project.
